great video mate. I've signed up for this years. Thanks for showing me what I've got coming,I think! I'm really bricking it now, this make dirty weekend look like a walk in the park.
Well done mate, beat my time by about 40 minutes! My right knee totally gave up at 16 miles, had to hobble anything going downhill! agony. But got there. That was tough.
It was really tough on the knees, you still got a good time, although it looks like you missed the abseil clock off point on the results page. The stuff at the end was a good laugh!
***** Not too bad at all, I've done something to my left calf as it's a little sore and feels like part of it is solid but stairs are a doddle and I'm back training tomorrow ready for a 5k this weekend and a hilly, coastal marathon 3 weeks after that. This raising money for charity lark is quite tiring ;-)
Paul Duffield Good effort pal! I'm doing Snowdon again this weekend, I'm going up & down as many times as I can in 24 hours, the week after I've got a cross country marathon, then a week off, then Chester marathon on 5th Oct, & the week after that I'm doing the 20k Spartan race on Sat & a triathlon on the Sunday. Fingers crossed the injuries hold off :), I'm looking forward to chilling out over Xmas!

I've just seen myself on your video at 3:14 :)
How are the legs today? I'm still doing my best to avoid all contact with stairs ;)
