Those are not cruise controls buttons by fog light switch. They are dimmer switch and mph/kilometers per hour. Great video and really helped me install my fog lights. Thanks

That's nice, but I have a VSA button and window switch where you have a pocket. The VSA button should fit the new bezel fine, but where am I supposed to put my window switch?
There are two screws holding both ends of the bumper cover, if they are not removed it’ll break the tip of the bumper cover where the screw go through.
What is the purpose of the micro fuse tap. Is it required for installation. My fog light kit came with everything minus the instructions and the micro tap. I have everything else included
The switch harness I have for my civic lx 2008 comes with a power red wire, black ground but then a white wire that has a end connector on it as if it needs to be bolted down?

I love your videos and I decided to buy a fog light kit and install them on my 2008 civic ex sedan, problem is, I never got a switch bezel nor the block-off plates in the kit -just the fog light button. I tried looking for the honda part number for this switch bezel piece and I found it in diagrams but the part number itself seems to be unavailable or discontinued. What would be the cause of doing exactly this (other than hard wiring to battery because I do not want to add a bunch of things to the battery directly), but the fog lights don’t come on (new bulbs), but the light does? I’ve tried running the power source wire that’s connected to the relay to the fog light location (brown clip located by steering column area) and even tried splicing it into the ignition wire, but same results.
how would you go about splicing the fog light into the low beam headlight harness so that they both come on at the same time. I dont need an independant switch to turn the fog lights on individually.

those fuse taps are dangerous and shouldn't be used.... theres a fog light fuse space under the hood fuse box actualy that you should use to make a dedicated fuse for the circuit....

Do the fog lights only turn on when the low beams are on? Or can they be turned on with the DRL?
You will have to custom wire them to turn on without the low beams
