After getting some suggestions to check out a basketball game in the PBA here in the Philippines we checked and the finals were going on. What better time to see our first basketball game in the Philippines than a finals game. So we spent about $5 each on tickets and the next day headed to Cubao to see TNT vs. Ginebra in Game 4 of the PBA47 Governer's Cup Finals.
Once we arrived the energy was already insane as the teams were getting introduced and it seemed Ginebra had the most fans in attendance. After a sick half-court buzzer beater we got some food and continued to watch the game as TNT put up a finals record for 3s, beating out Ginebra. It was a very cool experience for us as it was one of the first times seeing a foreign sporting event in person! Thanks for watching another Philippines travel vlog and we have more to come soon!

During my second year highschool days, i was a super fan of basketball because of Ginebra. I know every team player's real name ang birthdays... I even cut out the sport section of the newspaper related to basketball and paste it in a scrapbook. 😁

You’ll remember what you’ve watch on your Geo channel, the biggest volcano explosion in the Philippines in 1991. Tagged as “a beautiful disaster” cos it literally gave birth to one of the most amazing destination in the north. The 4X4 ride there is very EPIC!
