Boy, it's good to hear that engine again! I had a '66, bought second-hand in '68. Just two years old but had been raced and thrashed by the previous owner. Bought it for $300 and luckily the guy saved all the parts to make it street-legal again. I rode it through high school, reliable and easy to work on.

My first larger bike. 1966 , I absolutely loved that bike. Wished i could find another one today. Id buy it in a second. Im 74 now and its probably just a fantasy to find one like this. Mine was silver with red frame.

Really enjoy the two of you reviewing survivors. Down to earth and factual. There’s just something special about that design that makes it hold up still today. Classic

That bike is just like the bike that I rode at 12 years old, it was the first time that I went 60mph on a motorcycle. my friend was on the back with me, he was 16 and could reach the ground. Kevin would ride the 305 and I would ride my Suzuki 80 cc. seeing this bike brings back good memories.

The bikes were incredible, in 1980 I bought the 160 version for$175 from a ad in the paper and rode the wheels of it.

What a beauty! The best looking Honda IMO. weird that it's not featured on the main channel

Way too cool❤ the Japanese motorcycle industry was the death nail for the British motorcycle industry and it almost killed Harley-Davidson

I wish Honda would produce a modern retro to look just like this beauty. Say with a 500cc engine that looks just like that nice little 305cc. They would sell thousands of them. Just a hint Honda.
