I came from a low to mid class family in an area filled with limited beliefs and negativity. I moved several times around the US and now reside in Beverly Hills. Still trying to make connections and friendships with like minded people who work in film. Feels amazing to be in a wonderfully new environment. It has helped tremendously.

People i never imagined have been negative, vindictive, and mocked me for making the huge changes necessary. its lonely and extremely exciting to let them go and let nostalgia of the past hold me back. All the best too them and i hope they reach out in the future on the same path nothing but love for them.

Just wanna say brother thank you Jack.
Been here since day one with the video called a "gorilla name Jack". I've watched your evolution and journey. I was in a state of self induced depression when I first found you. But now I'm miles away from that place.
Inspired by you, I started a brand. After 6 months of working and seeing nothing. I've now made more money I've ever had in the past 3 months than my entire year of working at my sales job selling wifi. Nothing crazy, but just enough to show me it's possible.
It took me abit to brainwash myself that things are possible. But I binged watched your channel so many damn time when I was down bad and it worked. Your energy and vibe matched my inner voice word for word.
Currently, I'm planning my escape soon to South Asia soon, and a large part of it was you showing me a way to win big.
I'm glad I found you at the time I did. You were an inspiration since day 1 and still am.

I live in Thailand. I’m 21 from the UK 🇬🇧 and have been here for 1 & 1/2 years. Jack inspired me to make the move. I met the love of my life here and have built a new routine, circle & income around remote sales/marketing. I don’t want to go back to England for any other reason than seeing family. 5 year DTV Visa for Thailand has been secured. Thanks Jack, I love your content so much. I’m genuinely indebted to you forever. 💙
If anyone wants help or tips on moving out to Thailand, I’m more than happy to share a perspective. Visa and tax are your biggest concerns for long term living.

‘You don’t have another day to waste’ brother my flight to Koh samui is tomorrow at 7oclock. I got tired of working my coding job. I can confidently say I have a way out through TH-cam and my personal app income…so when I first saw your video of moving to Thailand , a lightbulb went off. I sold everything I own and came up with $15,000.
I started coding because of TH-cam content. I wanted to build an app for cod zombies. I built it, and forgot my original purpose in the first place. I found myself working for other people again. Even though the $150k salary was nice, I wanted to jump off a bridge working inside all the time with a bunch of nerdy betas who’ve never step foot in a gym. Of course I was neglecting my own fitness eventually too. I’ll go to Thailand. I’ll transform into the Greek god I’ve always wanted to be.
    Maybe we’ll talk soon Jack.

@@Y-C-4-X damn, I appreciate the explanation and I also appreciate you taking the joke in good spirits.
However, I believe it's a mix of both. Moving somewhere else WITH the intent to change yourself. Going to a new place doesn't automatically change who you are, but at the same time going to a new place gives you a new start, an escape from all the people that knew you and their judgements.
The people that already know you will not take you trying to change something about yourself seriously, which can lead to you fitting back into the box they have assigned you (if you know what I mean).
And ofcourse the experience of the new place itself is an added bonus.

@@Y-C-4-X it ain't much, maybe even laughable, but going to uni was that "new" place for me. Away from my hometown, all new people.
Went with the attitude of "I'm the man" from the first day. Had to back it up with my actions, otherwise I'll be caught as a fake phony.
I was a really shy/introverted person back in high school, scrawny guy, liked to stay at home most days playing video games.
Wanted to change this since the beginning of my senior year but I couldn't because of my enviornment (easy access to all the stuff and a friend circle with the same interests). Maybe it was my weak willpower as well.
In uni, I used lies and accountability to my advantage (since I had to actually become who I was pretending to be on the outside). Helped me despite having a not-so-strong willpower. Within a few weaks most people knew I was an outgoing guy who also regularly hits the gym. Befriended "winners", people with a similar mindset. Got a gf. Pretty much all the good stuff a young guy in uni wants to do, wants to be like.
P.S. : I was easily able to talk to people because I have a big family. So even though I didn't talk much in high school, I had good interactions/conversations with people of different ages. The only thing I changed was intentionally approaching new people, despite me not being comfortable.
Also not having access to my pc and gaming console helped, plus whenever anyone asked I just told them I don't play video games (despite wanting to, but I knew I didn't wanna get consumed by that black hole again).
Also used to watch a lot of hamza's videos which helped me change how I see myself.
Yapped a lot but you can also checkout a yt short by alex hormozi on changing your enviornment

Problem with selling these pipe dreams is that it exclusively requires making a living online. You can move somewhere else but if you have no income you will end up being poor working some shit job somewhere else. I lived in NZ for 3 years being worked stiff behind a bar before I moved back to Scotland to work in the oil industry. I agree with changing location building character however. I came back with an improved mindset.

This video came at the perfect time. I’ve been follow guys like you, Hamza, Dan Bolton etc for a couple years and been on the grind since I was 16.. 20 now. After all my failures and going $60k in debt and all that I finally got with a partner and found success with my furniture company.
About a month ago while I was starting my business and not making any income I had to go back and live with mom.. instantly I start getting into bad habits, being lazy and feeling like shit because of the people that don’t believe in me surround me everywhere I go..
In just 8 days I’m going to China to meet with manufacturers and when I was booking flights I just said fuck it and booked a 1 way ticket to Bali.
    Fuck them all.
I’m going to take my company from $20k/mo to $500k/mo and finally recreate myself into who I know I am capable of becoming.

Do you think that would be a wasted trip compared to moving to thailand instead? I love the sound of moving to thailand but just don't know what business i'd start/how to make money. I joined the 10k accelerator a while back as am interested in online high ticket sales but i'll be honest, with uni i haven't made much time for learning it. What do you reckon g?
