Just returned to EVE cpl weeks ago, after break of few years...thank you for this video. Have never been to 'null-sec' because of the 'stories'. Now I'm going to give it a go, just to satisfy myself and say "I did it", ha-ha. Thank you. Liked/sub'd.
Would suggest going to a corp out there. I cam back like 9 months ago, maybe a bit more, after watching a youtube series "Building my industrial empire" or something like that. The nice ting with null is that u can do anything really, and the rules are a lot cleaner then in lw and high. If someone is neutral, get safe. And if u join a corp u get all parts of the game. Can rat, mine, and most important, u get to defend your space if someone shows up so u get to pvp
Great advice. Amarr ships are a nooby friendly alternative, they can DPS out to some decent ranges without the need of using up ammo as well as use drones. Since amarr flavoured NPC's are the most numerious in the game by system and the south is vast, I mean really really vast. Amarr ships are a viable option.
thanks for the video!!! I am an old player been playing on and off since beta all three of my toons are 130+ million sk points I had just returned to the game and was wondering about all the changes been gone this last time for three years hoping they would update the game. This is not what I was hoping for but its a start...... I really wish they would up date pve and make null even more crazy so more pvp targets come our way!!! fly safe 0/
I've been wanting to check out Null for a while, but my corp mates were telling me so many horror stories about having to join corps there and spending 4-5 hours a day working for the corp and that just didn't make it sound like I was playing a game anymore; sounded like a 2nd job. This has me thinking I might have to try it out in the near future. Thanks for the vid.
Never heard of. Back in the days when the corp I were in had joined a big alliance, I know it was mandatory to be in like 2 strat ops a month or something. The guys ive been with now got nothing except tax on moon goo if mining. In null the corp members are more important for the corp and need to be kept happy, since its those guys that defend the space
Thanks for this mate, been trying to figure out how to branch out from just mining and ratting in highsec, and in a vexor no less ! My ship of choice, thanks again
No worries, Glad you enjoyed it. You can Upgrade to a Myrmidon or Ishtar later on down the road if it takes to long in the Vexor but a obviously they are a lot more expensive
@@blakey023 I'll try it in the vexor a few times first, then try with my vexor navy issue which is what I mostly use really, see if I can't grab some corpmates to do the bigger combat sites too.
@@blakey023 well I tried it and got jumped by 10 people at once, wasn't fast enough to align out, but atleast I didn't get podded, I did earn about 30 mill isk before it happened though so it's not a major loss
@@IronGinjaNinja That sucks mate, thats why i like the vexor it doesnt take long to pay for the ship. Make sure your using the noise filaments it should take you to an empty system normally, if not just let the timer expire and jump again. The only time I find it gets dangerous is if you start jumping through the gates.
Before needlejacks, you used to be able to find wormholes that would lead there. That was too easy, I could get in and sometimes out with hundreds of millions.
Thanks mate, Yea I like to try as many different things as I can in eve, Stops it from getting boring. Also, I really want to dispel the myth that you have to part of a huge alliance to benefit from Null sec.
@@blakey023 its easier but not needed I harvest the shit out of null once you get the hang of it and lose a few ships you will be ready to take better ships out with the out come of the fight increasing the odds in your favor !!!!

Now that was a great video. Thank you so much. Quick question. Surely if you want to get back to where you started you now need to jump 30 jumps. That would take some time. Does the wormhole you originally come through not automatically take you back to where you started.
Thanks for watching, I don't use a wormhole to enter null I use a neadlejack. Doing it this way increases your chances of finding quiet pockets of null-sec however as you mentioned the drawback is you don't have a pre-planned route back home. Basically, once I'm done I just grab the first exit back to high sec and travel from there sometime you land closer to home than others. You have made me think now maybe I will look into using wormholes to get into null as I find searching for the way home a bit annoying sometimes as it can take a while
Shit isk is a very relative term depending on your skill level and ships available. Also for eve its not just about isk per hour its alot of fun to jump into null sec make some isk and get out again
Can you do this with federation navy versions of the drones on a VNI with only a 10mn Y-S8 compact afterburner and 503 armor repair per tick on the armor repairer? the ehp of my ship is about 19.1k. Also I saw that your drones have 490dps and mine only have 290 so I feel that I might be hosed on this run until I get my level 5 drone skills trained up.
You need the oversized prop. Speed is the only way to avoid the battleship damage. Definitely train up your drone skills. The higher your damage, the better. I think 290 ,(275ish?) is just about where you can break the battleship shield repair. Faction drones will get you close to t2 damage, at added cost, of course. I can't look it up now, but Gallente Cruiser, Medium Drones, and Heavy Drones all at level IV should be pretty solid.
100dps that way too low I've just checked mine and I'm getting over 400 dps I'm assuming you've copied my fit? I would say skills but I can't imagine they would make that big of a difference. Check your drones are selected correctly when simulating. Should be 2 heavy`s and 2 mediums
If joining a null sec alliance is something people want to do your right it way better to join them you would make so much more isk but Its not something that's ever appealed to me.

Honestly I've heard the same things that's why I like this sort of stuff just jump in take what you need the GTFO
U can join many null corps with no requirements at all. You can just live there

Can be a nice way to make money most of null sec is empty so in someways its safer than lowsec as long as your using needlejacks

Hi I am new to the game. Where do you warp to? I can't see any location you select. Do you use your scan probes to find a location where you warp to?
Not really doable as alpha due to needing a cloak which is a shame

lol you need to register you copy of windows they are cracking down jan 1 . nice build
Oh no really, what are they planning. Ah well guess I should stop being tight and buy a key 🤣
Or switch to Linux, eve works good and could have a win VM.
Pleas you can build alpha fit for alpha pilots ?
yea sounds good I will see if I can get it to work as a alpha
