Tricky one. Capsizing to windward is a common way to be dumped into the water. If you feel this happen, pull the mainsheet really hard to try and make the boat drive forwards and DO NOT let go of the mainsheet (same for the jib sheet) This will keep you in contact with the boat. If you fall in and the boat sails away then this is a reason NEVER to sail alone. You may need to be picked up and delivered back to the boat.
