"Pretty tight since we haven't played with each other in 20 years".
There still not even fully playing together, Eddie has been green screened in
@@danielcrunden5578 Okay. Of course now all 3 band members are gone.
@@danielcrunden5578 I knew the video for some years, but I did'nt noticed ! Well seen , man. That means a lot about their relations at that time ... not so good, after all, Eddie vs Lemmy/Philty... Thanks, Dan !
For not in
This is pure awesomeness. The one true Motörhead. Rest in peace all you guys.
❤
R.I.P. all three giants- today is a sad day in Motorheadland
Instrumental good fuck
But we'll never forget. The rock'n roll they created lives forever.
The more I listen to motorhead I realise how technically brilliant how good they are
Their ability to keep almost perfect tempo is super undervalued
@@fernandoiidetaboada9240 maybe by morons, not by me.
They don't call him Fast Eddie for nothing. Saw them in 1980 opening for Ozzy, my ears are still ringing.
Chris Janzen I saw them in 87 opening for Alice Cooper. Loudest band I have ever heard.
These guys made such a great sound together. They just fit like a glove with one another, damn and they always sound bigger than a 3 piece. Fucking killer band.
jmgmarcus couldn't have said it better myself!
After all those years, the original with Philthy and Fast Eddie still rock like balls on fire.
I figured it out today there like the the Ramones fast pace and in your face and I love it
Animal seemed to hold back a little with his fills, but tight as hell.
Still one of the best bands I saw live, in early 80s, Iron fist tour.
listening this without the vocals makes it very clear of how great Lemmy's style and Animal's style work together. Many say that Dee is the better drummer technically than Animal, but I think Philthy's superb high energy groove style of playing is the perfect fit for Lemmy's playing style.
Philthy had that intangible precision brutality to his drumming that all great thrash drummers have. He was like a human metronome, except each beat was more like a round fired out of a machine gun. The final lineup of Motörhead made great music too, but this trio was just lightning in a bottle, there’s no two ways about it.
Philthy was the best for Mötörhead
I feel about Philthy the way I do about Phil Rudd, Clive Burr, Steven Adler, Gar Samuelson & even Peter Criss - they were all replaced by better technical drummers but something about their respective sounds made the band sound great.
@lost souls Absolutely spot on there mate! Tony wasn't that basic, he gave the rest of the band space to play.
@@beanolabub Les Binks could be added to your great list.
If I could only listen to one tune for the rest of my life it would be this one hands down.
One of my favorites.
This song is so much better life! It sounds faster and heavier, I love it!
Fucking brilliant song , one of their best 🏴🤘
Rest In Peace Phil, Lemmy and Eddie!
First phil & now lemmy,if you love Motörhead play their music as loud as possible..RIP guys
Herring Goering And don't forget Würzel
Herring Goering and sadly fast Eddie.
All gone now, the runaway train has finally coasted to a stop. Happy that the surviving members decided to let the band rest with Lem. Class move on their part
@@gabefranco6572 and robbo
@mmwosu no its lemmys band hes gone, so is the band.
R.I.P. Lemmy! Playing this full blast at 2AM in your honour!
Me too, I'm absolutely powering this one out now. My favourite song by Motorhead
throwing it down a at 430/am fuck the neighbor s
+Robert Reynolds It may not end well! Recall Beavis and Butthead episode with Butthead going to Hospital to have phone removed from anus. Could be your neighbours shoe. Unless they are fans and not rappers
+sam phi brother if your a fan of his music you no its worth it!
+Robert Reynolds It was 1989 or so, we went up to Auckland, NZ. The show was in an old building that was, we learned, to be demolished after the Motorhead gig. After the gear was safely packed up it was insane, some fans started wrecking the place a bit early. It got a bit dusty. Best gig in the world we thought for a bunch of 18-20 y/o. Life long fans ever since.
Fast Eddie...what a great player. These legends will never be matched.
Really bums me out to realize all 3 are no longer with us...but they brought me so much enjoyment over the years. Lem,philthy and Eddie.... thank you guys for so much!
RIP Phil. You'll be missed. Thanks for all the great music.
+zubrycky Gone but not forgotten.

Lemmy, Eddie,and Phyl
RIP 🤘
And wurzel
The best line up ever perfection 🤘
No more band on the world like Motorhead! They are true legends!
Awesome to see three old men kick ass much harder than 99% of all the other bands. Lemmy used to say something like "Next up is a song I wrote long before most of you were born". Unbelievable the rockers and metalheads of the future are born after the original lineup died and will still hail them as the unique band they were.
RIP Motorhead. Lemmy, Philthy and Eddie all gone now. The day rock died.
This is the Motörhead.
We lost 2 Icons this year. R.I.P. Phil & Lemmy. Play on in heaven, till the angels' ears BLEED!!!
RIP Lemmy the best bassman there ever was Rocking all the way!
Smokin'!! This is one reunion show I would go see...
So good. Ahhh!
Just great, Kilmister plays the bass like a rythm guitar, making chords.
growl on that bass ,MOTORHEAD!
R.I.P Fast Eddie Clarke, you will be missed
Lovely!
Totally brilliant and will never be equaled. RIP guys.
RIP the best rock n roll band of all time. Today, the last member of the original lineup died. Thanks for the earache fellas!
Rock the Heaven my friend !!!! R.I.P Lemmy
We miss you Motorhead!
Lemmy will never be missed! Rest in peace, true god of rock.
And then there were none. =( RIP Lemmy, Philthy, and "Fast" Eddie.
Motorhead 4 Life ♠️♠️♠️🤘🤘
This was the best line up ever .....made their name by these guys
Just amazing, even Eddie overdubbing, just raw and....listen to the end....
Alll lineups are good as they kept the band going. All are talented musicians who play what we like to hear. I personally like this trio because ace of spades was my introduction to them.
the real rocker sound Motörhead forever
I like the way Lemmy was really trying to keep up with the trio we all grew to love and were most likely introduced to motorhead by. It is obvious he still respects these guys a lot, and in his own way, misses them.Excellent video.
It’s hard to think that all three of these legends are dead.
just after listening to this an ad came on telly for a harry styles concert this just proves that no matter how much shit there is put out by record labels theres always someone still rockin, lemmy and the boys maybe gone but there rock,n,roll lives forever, rock,n,roll will never die...............................
Bummed out right now. LONG LIVE LEMMY AND PHIL PHILTHY ANIMAL TAYLOR AND WURZEL.
Well yeah they're playing it again on another world. I love 'em!
Awesome, the memories of watching this trio come flooding back, wow!
The tree amigos together one last time ♠️♠️♠️
I worked out why I love motorhead, I love tanking my Triumph Bonneville and when I'm not on it..... I can listen to motorhead!
Classical training...
R.I.P. Lemmy and Phil...
Love the way this sounds, the bass grinding, guitar wailing, a bit faster more aggresive sound to it then the studio version, best version by far.
Great stuff.. The 3 together in 2005.. Brilliant 👍... And to hear Lemmy say "Pretty tight since we haven't played with each other in 20 years". would have been great had they got together for a tour after this...
They weren't actually playing together. If you look carefully, the lack of interaction gives away the fact that Eddie has been superimposed.
I've been listening to this over and over and I can't believe how great this is. Such a super sound !
A three piece did that much damage. No bullshit,no frills, just power.
These 3 lived awesome lives and made some great music.
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT
Best karaoke backing track of all time.
Wow all three together, that's what I'm talking about
RIP Mister Lemmy and philty. reals rockerz live forever!
Say what you want about the people that came after, but this is the motorhead lineup that probably turned most of us on to them. Fast eddy should be called fast shreddy and filthy phil gave them this sound. Give credit where credit is due.
"Pretty tight" Yeah you can that again ! My favorite lineup. The fattest, roughest rock and roll there has ever been.
The best line up.i reckon these three brought motorhead to the fore.
LEGEND !!!!
No glitz no glamour ... pure rock .
RIP my friend and play load in the heavens Tony from Brooklyn .
All three of them gone now - such a sad loss.
RIP my friend and play load in the heavens Tony from Brooklyn
