Very good.Madame ji,aapne Instant coffee use Kiya hai Lekin agar Filter coffee use karein toh very good for health.Coffee beans se Powder aur phir Filter ,toh Yeh fresh Hoti hai.South India mein Filter coffee milti hai,iska reason kyonki Coffee yahan paida(grow) Hoti coffee peene se--blood pressure low,heart ke liye very good, Diabetes control hota hai.3 cups roj piyen.
