I'm about to get it installed in one of my ecus. Alot of people change over to HTS with a Honda vert board but I'm gonna stick with Hondata software bc that's what I'm used to. If it's the same that's gonna be great. Almost 3/4 of the price of Hondata AND can switch to HTS...
@@JohnSmith-uz3zj I got hondavert board and INSTALLED for inside 500. I got hondata board and installed for just around 700. Neither of those prices include the cost of ecu. If you can get hondavert board and install for 300ish....you should do it.
So is this as simple as soldering the hondavert board onto the ecu and downloading the smanager software from hondavert and that's it? Is there any kind of special step i need to do? I've seen on some videos people have to solder a j3 or j1 jumper to switch from smanager and ostrich? With the new board version, will it allow you to just select 8t from the software?
@@kluttzren I recently got a newer hondavert...they have done away with the switch on the board between ostrich or s300. You now download the hondavert version of s300 AND the s300/ostrich switching tool. The "switch" is just software now I'll update in a week or two...I'm about to switch from hondata to hondavert on my setup

I have a chipped p28 ecu, can you please make a video on setting it up by soldering.
