I've been using the dollar tree hair color for over 5 years in medium brown & love it. I put a little conditioner on just my ends then apply color like you did. Comes out great every time. I use to buy more expensive color but like this one best.

Your hair looks great, now I don't color my hair, but I'm so glad that the dollar tree has hair coloring and it works great for anyone that wants to color their hair at a nice price.

I just boxed-dyed my hair yesterday morning. It was very easy to use I also got the blonde dye at Dollar Tree for $1.25 😊 I have to say I am very happy with the results. With everything being so expensive now I can't afford to go to the hair salon at the moment. So I'll stick to this boxed hair dye and save money while I can ❤
So happy it works for you too! I love it and in past I tried much more costly home kits that dried out my hair.

Great Job ! Sadly I get a reaction to peroxide and ammonia in most hair colors so I also do my own hair with what used to be loving care now called Clariol beautiful collection .

. I used the the clairol products before buying the dollar tree product and didn't have any issues with those products(except the price for the dollar tree coloreazy is so much better!)

I love the results too, you're such a beautiful lady. Thanks for showing us how the dollar tree color works, I was kind of scared of it, but now maybe I'll give it a try, think my natural color is about the same shade as yours, but when I color it at home i somehow turn it orange so im always scared to do it myself! Just curious do you go to the salon sometimes for the all over color you have?
I don't get it done at the salon ever. I occasionally do the whole head color but most times just do the roots ❤️
If it turns orange, it means you are too many shades darker than that blonde color, box dye doesn't lift many levels. You can only do a shade or two lighter than the final level. Better to go to a pro if you want to come up from darker than 2 ish levels.

Beautiful as always !! I color my own hair too !! But I always wash it even though they always say not to. If there are any hairdressers in our tribe, let me know the answer to this--- I always use medium golden brown... but the last 2 times my hair came out way to dark !! Is it the grey causing that?? Should I try a light brown instead>>>???
For some reason I have better luck with color holding on dirty hair..I'm Def not a hairdresser as you saw so I better not give advice on color lol
@@achickplus3 Yes !! I also dye my hair when it's dirty....but I'm thinking they grey must be absorbing the color differently..... I'm gonna try a lighter brown and see what happens....

I do cut it. I havent done layers in forever
How long does the product last on hair?
I don't see fading so when my roots get too bad I redo so usually 8 to 10 weeks for me.
I can't find any hair dye at my DT stores for a few weeks now!

You made me realize I don't have to do my whole head which is great, simply because I can't stand doing my hair.
I think it keeps my hair healthy too by doing just touch ups

I like my hair color too. My gray makes me feel tired and the color makes me feel better about myself and also when you do it yourself it also feels good to save money from paying a hairdresser who in my past experience usually cuts my hair too short also..I learned how to use a flowbee haircutter it comes out how I like it every time..and I cut my husband's hair as well ...COVID helped us be independent of hairdressers and barbers. Lol 🎉
no way, anyone telling you grey hair is good is lying. Next they'll be telling you saggy boobs are in style or the latest fashion is "Depends". 🤣 Stick to the blonde it looks excellent!
