Finally something of this size that feels welcoming, not opulent and imposing. It feels like it was made for people i would enjoy hanging out with. Cheers.
This is one of those yachts that make you want to breakout the checkbook. She is the perfect size for an owner operator and a second couple with a lovely layout and beautiful woodwork. The engine room is so clean you could eat off the deck, she is spotless. Thank you Nick for the tour.
I’m so attracted to this yacht. It’s beautiful and useable with a lovely appreciation of its surroundings, and I realize that it was built less than 30 miles from my home. It’s a yacht that reflects its origins, Maine. Beautiful and useable with appreciation for its natural surroundings.
I used to work at Lyman-morse, not on this build, but much of the crew that did are still there and this particular vessel came up a lot in discussions. It is an incredibly clean design and equally clean and precise build with a ton of technology, even for 2007 packed into it.
Hi Nick, Yet another older yacht that I love, it’s becoming a recurring thing for me to love the older yachts you show us ☺️ Thank Nick for taking us around this beautiful boat.
No glitz, no glamour, just plenty of quality boat and totally fit for purpose. Beautiful features, beautiful engine-room, beautiful cabins and plenty of space. I'm not into diving or fishing, but I just know I would like the owners if ever I met them. This boat is a classic, and will be a home for a very lucky sailor and family. This has to be in the top ten, Nick!
Definitely a lovely boat with a great layout. Seems thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and the classic/traditional colors/wood go great with the style of it.
this is a great yacht for a family or close friends it has that warm welcome feel to it were you feel you don't need a vacation from the vacation you just had. Thank Nick for the tour Cheers!
What a great looking yacht...I especially love the way all the cabinets and drawers appear to have dark wood accents on all their openings...it adds a tremendous amount of great detail to the interior, but without making it too overwhelming to the eyes. It is also a cool way to make sure that the handle to open every cabinet and drawer is easy to find, and does not need to be searched for.
Wow.. This one is special isn't it? As a violin maker I am used to seeing intricate details in woodwork. Lots of boats have woodwork and it's there in modern ship design as a tradition or afterthought or whatever. I normally don't like an all wood interior from an aesthetics point of view but this ship is the exception. The choice of wood is divinely inspired here and it is finished in a way that lets the natural color and beauty radiate beyond the 5 senses. Thank you for sharing and igniting this kind of passion in the world.
Lyman Morse is still in business so you can get something you want built. They do work boats and sail boats too. This is just so much what I want - a great classic boat. Thanks so much for this.
A fine, fine yacht. The fact that the original owners have been satisfied with it for 17 years shows the yacht works beautifully for a small family or couple who don't like to have a big party onboard. As you point out Nick, all the spaces are roomy -- no cramped corners, a place for everything. Nice, low profile, moderate cabin superstructure, very refreshing after seeing so many bulbous, over-tiered modern UHV-style yachts. Magnificently maintained clearly. Thanks for the tour.
What a GREAT boat. This just has that long-haul, do-anything boat that you could truly live on for months at a time. Not too fussy and it does not feel like an art museum like some of the more pretentious boats. Brilliant!
Very homely, as you say in the UK. Like a vacation home. The wood made it look very comfortable and inviting. No shortage of ice either. A very, very nice boat.
That’s what happens when a yacht is designed to be used by the owner rather than for charter. It’s such a shame that most are just crammed to maximize the number of cabins
I believe all of the built-ins and cabinetry are locally Maine grown and milled Rock Maple and Cherry. The wood doesn’t overwhelm at all as it’s on the lighter side with the dark Cherry accents. Very American indeed. It’s not a stretch to label this vessel as super yacht standards even though it’s a bit long in the tooth and old school. Nothing old school about those behemoth MTU’s though! Glug..glug..glug! The ship does exude the classic mariner’s ethos for sure. Durable, redundant, practical and functional. Nice to see Nick so taken with this splendid piece of kit that he was literally skipping with joy through the entire tour. Content like this keeps me craving for more because as an Aquaholic enough is never enough!
I can't say with certainty if all the wood in this build is locally sourced in Maine, but that was a typical goal for project management when I worked there. If the materials or vendors could be sourced in the Maine economy, they were even if the cost was marginally higher.
I definitely agree with you Nick this is a beautiful yacht, I love the layout and the flow of the interior, having only two staterooms makes for lots of room and I love the Art Deco style doors on the showers. I always think you can tell if a boat has been well looked after by the state of the engine room and this one looks pristine. A great yacht and a great tour thank you Nick.
This boat is absolutely perfect for whoever the original owners were. I love the space given over to both owners and crew, so beautifully designed and crafted.
Thanks for the tour, Nick! I’m currently in Maine where they build Lyman-Morse yachts. It was wonderful to see their work showcased on your channel; it’s a beautiful boat.
Your enthusiasm is obvious and appropriate, IMHO. What a truly nice boat. The orange and green colors of the pillows in the VIP cabin are the colors of the University of Miami. Thanks for the video. It's appreciated as always.
Brilliant, walk on-board and sail away boat. The only thing that needs touching up is the teak decking. By the way Nick, you changed up your typical saying of "...it's a proper little ship..." to "...it just feels like a proper boat..." stick to the script please... This seventeen-year-old yacht is in remarkable condition, I very much admire an owner who takes great care and pride in their possessions. Have a great week!
As someone who grew up spearfishing in Florida and dreamed of having a Hatteras, I have to say this is a gorgeous more elegant version of a great sport fishing yacht.
What a lovely lovely boat. I really liked the engineering spaces, so well looked after. The crew space was very nice too. Great layout, practical, perfect dive boat.
"I love how you can walk about and there is space everywhere and nothing is crammed in" :) Well Sir you are on a 94ft boat which is massive, so hopefully it feels spacious. However, I do agree they did a nice job with this
Hey Nick, Another gem you found to show us 😁. Absolutely stunning, I like that it only had two main cabins, giving you all that space to chill out in. A very special yacht. Thanks Nick you've done it again! 👍 ❤️ 🇲🇹
What a marvellous boat it’s so simple and it’s been made to look the part of older boats with the wooden panelling and the state bedroom is simply stunning i absolutely adore boats like this, thank you Nick for yet another beautiful video 👍👍👍
Another classy `ship`. Love the limiting of guests and the maximising of crew. Much different to todays superyachts, which seem as much about impressing the many, many guests - too much `look at me and how successful I am` baloney.
By now I must have watched 98% of all your videos, and I must say that this is by far my favourite. Owner operated capabilities? Even if I was a billionaire this would be my choice…
For two couples or a couple with a kid, that's a great boat if they need a small crew, or if owner-operated, two couples with up to four kids. Very sweet!
Lyman-- Is this the same company (or related) that built wooden boats? Which are now antique classics? Yes, a very "proper" boat. It always amazes me the vast differences in boats of this size. Each boat is an individual, as is her owner. Excellent shape for the age. Another great tour. Thanks Nick.
The morse segment of the Lyman-Morse name is the legacy incorporation of the property their primary facility sits on. The lyman segment is the name of the family that purchased morse boatbuilding. Still family owned, managed by by the owners son now. Good family to work for, family are avid sailors, regularly run regattas and have circumnavigated the globe a couple times. The owner still sails one of the first boats he built on the property in the early 80s as his primary yacht and makes multi-month long trips in it.
Excellent! I hate it when they cram so much accomodation into a boat that everyone aboard is living in each other's pockets. 2 guests, my wife and myself is all I want besides a crew to pamper & spoil us and get us safely about. The perfect boat for an introvert!
I can't say it often enough, but isn't this a truly classy yacht?! The most modern ships are of course beautiful, luxurious and efficient, but according to me the designers/builders forget one element: The yacht feeling! Personally, I always want to feel like I'm sailing. And that would certainly work on this now 17 year old lady! Funny to see that there is still a real steering wheel on the flybridge, but it is missing in the wheelhouse. You do still want to experience the true captain's feeling on the flybridge standing there if you enter the harbour. 😉 I completely understand your enthusiasm, Nick, for this beautifully contoured lady with class but not too much luxury. Now I just have to find that £3.9 million somewhere.🥳 René Alkmaar (NL)
An interesting boat! Very extravagant performance! I said to myself '23kts ' - but I guess with 4,000bhp, that thing is going to fly! As you say - possible owner-operator (but LOA might limit that) - When I saw the three freezers in the crew quarters - the lids reminded me of old ice-cream van freezers! Nick - you're almost old enough to remember them?? Overall - a relatively simple but stylish boat that bucks the trend for 'floating gin palaces' ! Nice one !
Really enjoyable tour of a very impressive yacht, thanks in large part to your genuine enthusiasm. Quick trip to Setag for some personal touches and updating, plus maybe splitting the VIP cabin into two and I’d be set!
What a nice show is this oooh Hi Nick, Great this Superyacht a Lyman-Morse of 94ft with a douible cockpit the big salon for a lot off day guest i think good size galley with a lot off fridges and freezers below only 2 big suites the master and one guest both ensuite the nice fly bridge and boat deck and some masive engine space Super Nick ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a beautiful yacht Nick only thing I do not like about this yacht is the two cabin layout would like to have a couple more cabins if I was rich enough to afford a yacht, but the rest of the yacht is absolutely perfect, but what is the range of that vessel neck? Almost willing to bet it’s only a few hundred miles. Thank you for showing us. Nick really appreciate it along with all your videos.
🦘🇦🇺 WOW. Thanks Nick for a great tour of such a gem. Fancy 30+ kts. Question: How do you handle customs with all the wine on board ? You wouldn’t want to pay excise on that for every jurisdiction you enter. Forget the dishwasher 🤣 but thanks for the wave 👋😂💙. Loved the enclosed aft cockpit. Very versatile 🛟🙏
All Lyman yachts are top-notch!!
Finally something of this size that feels welcoming, not opulent and imposing. It feels like it was made for people i would enjoy hanging out with. Cheers.
Would they hang out with you though??
@@donzioldbuddy ha. with this yacht i think the odds would be adjusted in my favor.
This is one of those yachts that make you want to breakout the checkbook. She is the perfect size for an owner operator and a second couple with a lovely layout and beautiful woodwork. The engine room is so clean you could eat off the deck, she is spotless. Thank you Nick for the tour.
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
She is perfect 🇺🇸👍
It's something that makes me wish I owned a chequebook.
The owner has the kind of vision that is my "verre du rose!". Elegant, stylish and spacious. Nice one Nick 😊
I'm glad that you liked it 🙂
I’m so attracted to this yacht. It’s beautiful and useable with a lovely appreciation of its surroundings, and I realize that it was built less than 30 miles from my home. It’s a yacht that reflects its origins, Maine. Beautiful and useable with appreciation for its natural surroundings.
I hope whoever was on the build crew for this boat sees all these comments. They deserve so much praise for an incredibly beautiful boat.
I used to work at Lyman-morse, not on this build, but much of the crew that did are still there and this particular vessel came up a lot in discussions. It is an incredibly clean design and equally clean and precise build with a ton of technology, even for 2007 packed into it.
Clean, uncluttered lines give the feeling of space everywhere. Big, big fan of woodwork on a boat.
That's the main thing I don't like
All the wood is the same and doesn't even seem that high quality also almost no accents.
I have to agree on the wood work not hitting it. Especially in the cabins where the woodwork already looks very dated.
This yacht is a testament of something old is timeless. Beautiful yacht. Loved the design and spaciousness.
That is by far and away the nicest yacht ive ever seen. No doubt that would be the one!
Same here.
❤😂

Gracefully business-like and generously proportioned. Lovely Boat. Thanks, Nick

I detail a 54ft Lyman Morse sailboat every year and you can just feel the quality of the build, they make amazing yachts.
I definitely agree with you Nick this is a beautiful yacht, I love the layout and the flow of the interior, having only two staterooms makes for lots of room and I love the Art Deco style doors on the showers. Lyman Morse knows how to build a boat.
Great choice for a review! Totally agree- pure class, and useable! Great stuff, Nick!

A lovely boat and for 17 years old totally immaculate.
No bs, I like the commercials I see on the channel too
As if" they" have the formulas dialed in real good.
I watch em all
Came back for a second view. Perfect boat and tour. 🎉
Your enthusiasm is obvious and appropriate, IMHO. What a truly nice boat. The orange and green colors of the pillows in the VIP cabin are the colors of the University of Miami. Thanks for the video. It's appreciated as always.

It just seems so comfortable, very homey boat! Thanks for showing it!

Thanks for the tour Nick and yes your right it's a beautiful yacht.
"Getatable" is my new favourite word! As always, a great review and a beauty of a yacht, too!
Very nice shape Yacht , nicely set up , so , so nice for any year . Loved the skydeck , and my gosh will it move with those MTU’s

Great condition yacht for 2007 with a fantastic layout, fab tour Nick
Many thanks!
"I love how you can walk about and there is space everywhere and nothing is crammed in" :) Well Sir you are on a 94ft boat which is massive, so hopefully it feels spacious. However, I do agree they did a nice job with this
I love it when you tell us when one of the super yachts you're showing us can motor over 30 knots. You can ski behind that 92 ft yacht!
Hey Nick,
Another gem you found to show us 😁. Absolutely stunning, I like that it only had two main cabins, giving you all that space to chill out in.
A very special yacht.
Thanks Nick you've done it again! 👍 ❤️ 🇲🇹
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
I really, really love this Boat.. for a 2007.. just a beautiful layout and Monster Engines.. Excellent video Nick.. "Absolutely Brilliant.. ❤
Many thanks!

Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Love that it has windows in the engine room. That's a fist time I have seen that.
A hell of a lot more inviting than most of the modern boats, and refreshing not to see it crammed with as many cabins as possible.
Again... another fantastic review Nick. I'm not sucking up, I am being completely objective. Well done. Love the boat too. Please keep it up.
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
I’m a big lover of the Norhavens, but this boat is definitely a contender
That boat has to be worth every cent.
she's a real moldy oldie. lol beautiful yacht. Thank you Nick another great one to tour.
Yeah this is the one. I'll take it.
If you look old school to now only difference is the modern materials and as crew you would be very happy with that space another epic one nick
I liked this far more than I expected to. Great vid as always, thanks.
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
Great boat, and tour again. Thank you 😊.
Beautiful little ship 🚢, I love the wood, everywhere.
Great video, Nick and what a nice boat! And finally the engines with Horsepower corresponded to their name :)
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
looks brand new, lovely boat. pure class.
Another classy `ship`. Love the limiting of guests and the maximising of crew. Much different to todays superyachts, which seem as much about impressing the many, many guests - too much `look at me and how successful I am` baloney.
I've not met any superyacht owners who have felt the need to impress anyone. Once you reach that league you have no need. 🙂
This layout would attract the best of crews! The wood harkens to tradition but is also contemporary...and it is fine quality throughout.
By now I must have watched 98% of all your videos, and I must say that this is by far my favourite. Owner operated capabilities? Even if I was a billionaire this would be my choice…

This is one of the best ones that I’ve ever seen on your channel! Great video!
Glad you think so!
Wow, nice, this thing is a proper house boat!
You do get some jems via Denison - this one is a real beauty, so uncluttered and roomy. Thanks for bringing this one to us 🙂
My pleasure! 🙂
Great tour of a wonderful ship.
Excellent! I hate it when they cram so much accomodation into a boat that everyone aboard is living in each other's pockets. 2 guests, my wife and myself is all I want besides a crew to pamper & spoil us and get us safely about. The perfect boat for an introvert!

Love this boat and tour. I’d live aboard and travel the oceans on it.
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
Beautiful boat. Idea for diving on the Great Barrier reef Reef. Great video. 🇦🇺 😊
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
Lovely boat, very of the period but I LOVE the two staterooms concept, loads of space to breathe in the moment, not just sleep.
WoW! For once a crew cabin arrangement where I didn't feel the crew was shortchanged. Extremely nice little ship.
Oooh Nick's getting moist again for wooden rails 😉 BTW it's a great boat too. Cheers DougT
Very nice nick to go on a long trip
Very smart. Love the bridge
Love this ! Getting out must involve several other boats moving too by the looks of it 🤣
It's at a boat show so the boats have to be moved in and taken out in a specific order.
Beautiful ship! Love it.
