I have Praetus, Venoma and Khamet, they can delete anything in matter of few seconds. Praetus is my top Guild Boss dmg dealer, and no, he doesnt need to get nerfed wtf, he is a lord and Arebiter, it is only fitting he is OP af.
No, praetus does not need to be nerfed. All ancient exclusive lords should be the most powerful characters in the game. Those that aren't, should get buffed. To me, that just makes sense.
I totally agree that nerfing praetus is not a solution, but also the fact that him and ingrid simply became a requirement to even think about competing in arena/gvg is not fun. that's what the people hate, they don't really give a shit about the hero itself.
He's definetely a beast for early-mid game, but in late game, unless you can get him to AT LEAST A3, you're not gonna see him used that much. I remember when I got Morrigan in my early game, I thought she's the best hero in the game haha, turns out she's kinda a bad hero ( tho a great lord ). My point is, at that stage most of the proper dps legendaries will seem like "the best hero in the game"
For me the major snubs were Boreas and Alistair, they are complete and absolute power houses that have major use cases. Morrigan's lord skill is superier to Demi, whose major use case is pretty niche in Gear Dungeon 1. Some other niche honorable mentions for me are Dahlia for her super unique range and absolute oppressiveness in GvG. Also Laseer is how most people crack open Gear raid 1-19+, No hate these lists are super subjective, love the positive energy and being great creator.
Vierna outclasses Khamet in arena if you run a proper cultist team with Dahlia and Demi/Morrigan(ideally Demi). Also she kinda outclasses him in GD1, but that's not Vierna per-say, it's just the fact that Vierna strats don't require tanks/antiheal for botside and if you pair her with Greed ( the rage regen build where he cycles his ult 3 times) she can solo it without Dolores. But there are definetely places where Khamet outclasses Vierna also, for example campaign ( the later stages ), void rift (everywhere else except the Laseer map), etc.

Valderon doesnt compare to Praetus or Ingrid, he has close range single target damage which means he cant nuke across the map or behind him! or multiple enemies. Valderon even struggles on left side GD2 where Estrid the epic is better. But Praetus has an additional ult button which is ridiculous, and Ingird is even worse, too much power creep for already the best faction in the game.
I would exchange Valderon for Praetus any day. He is more overpowered, as we can all see in the arena. In single-target and Aoe arena and guild boss fights... he can do much more damage than Praetus. So, don't call for a nerf on one hero and forget about the other. Ingrid is also overpowered, but that doesn't change the fact that they can't nerf them. People have spent a lot of money on these heroes, and nerfing them would means that people won't spend any more and won't trust Moonton.

yeah, but praetus + ingird are not only "account changing", they are "game changing" in the sense that literally change the game for everyone. If you want to compete in arena/gvg, it's just a matter of "do you have them, yes or no". Nothing else matters, gear, artifacts, any kind of heroes. You could use either Silas, either Liam in the Anti-air arena, they shit on both of them equally hard. I don't think that's fair, fun or competitive in any way. Let them be broken, I don't care, but at least not in so many places simultaneously. The fact that you don't need any kind of piercing damage for anti-air and instead you use 2 mages is kinda ridiculous. The fact that a fighter does more AOE damage than mages is also ridiculous, etc. ( I was speaking of Valderon in case it wasn't obvious ). The fact that you spent a lot to get them or got extremely lucky shouldn't remove the fun/competitiveness/etc for everyone else. This level of "game changing" shouldn't exist, regardless if it's ancient exclusive lords, period.
Having some Arbiters would be nice...I only have the Arbiter healer...lucky me :) And I still prefer TwinFiend to Pyros for the guild boss. Even without A1 my TF does the most damage on my team against the GB by quite a bit. Now maybe someday I'll get some major DPS heroes and that will change...
Assuming you don't get 50K on NM4 with your current set-up, generally, Solcadens at A0 is better than Pyros at A5 if you run 4 infernals. For example, if you have Solca + Zilitu,Hex,Setram and obviously Dolores, your infernals will do more, because Solca can easily put 100M+ at A0 himself. his A1 gives him at least 50M more and obviously boosts the others a bit. I see many teams with Pyros/Twinfiend where for example Zilitu does 120M dmg, but the lord does like 20-30M. I would rather have Solca with 100M + Zilitu like 70M than that. But if you already get 50K on NM4, yeah...no point in messing around with Solcadens. Overall, I think the list is pretty good, there are some missing heroes, but you kinda covered the ones who are generally good. There are things like Seraphina, Kaede,Durza,Dahlia who are god-like in certain type of content ( arena for example ) , but yeah, not much use elsewhere. Many people complaining about Boreas missing, but I don't really see an use for him anywhere anymore. Maybe some gvg defences, but even there he s not really the top choice. At least speaking for late game. In Arena he ( and his Esoterist faction ) get outclassed even by cultist teams, unless you're adding some chaotics in there :D Not to mention the new kids on the block, pope and ingrid combo, but those outclass everything everywhere xD
yeah Anora slaps pretty fking hard if you invest in her skill-ups. Probably with the bond skill she kinda because top tier AOE mage. Also, who doesn't love that ass :D
They need to stop with the Nerfs. You may not have the Hero now but it can happen any time your summoning then you may regret asking for the Nerf on a Hero. That happened with some players with Boreas.
Moonton already made their bed with Preatus and Ingrid. Can’t nerf characters that people have spent thousands to get. Arena needs to have a wider range to get the new store. I think these guys should have never had a banner. I know it’s all about the $ but 100k players averaging spending 10 a month is a helluva lot more than what will happen when everyone leaves cause they don’t spend the thousands.

Dude Demi is trash compared to the other lords in the game, even Morrigan the standard cultist lego is rated better due to having a standard 3rd part of her lord skill. Demi's 3rd part of lord skill is really close to being useless. Many are asking for a Demi buff being the worst ancient lord there is. You obviously dont play much these days, as Ingrid is so far ahead to no1 spot many CC's are asking for a nerf, and some have her....she is not healthy for the game at all.
Demi is better than Morrigan as a hero. As a lord, sure, Morrigan is better, but if you think where you would actually use a cultist lord, you'd always pick Demi. GR1 -> Demi. GD1 -> Demi. Arena -> Demi. And don't think I'm a Demi fanboy or some shit, Morrigan was my first lord and I love the hero, she helped me a shitton to progress, but you can't deny Demi is better. Now if you compare her with other ancient exclusive lords, yeah, she's kinda trash, but so it's Morrigan. In fact they're worse than a lot of ancient exclusive non-lords, even some common legos.
Boreas definitely deserves top 10 if not top 5.

Boreas is a beast!!! Just got him of the 1 for 1 they had. Only about 2 weeks in on F2P and i use him all over so far.

I use Khamet more than Vierna. A year in I'm still missing most of the top mages but I still love this game.

I just pulled Praetus today. wondering if i should not put any crit on him and just boost his attack to max or go standard build.

Depends on what content you're ranking these, but overall solid list but personally I'll replace demi and venoma to laurel and boreas
