It is not your typical South East Asia city that you have visited i.e. Thailand🇹🇭, Philippines 🇵🇭, Malaysia 🇲🇾, Indonesia 🇮🇩, Vietnam 🇻🇳, Cambodia 🇰🇭, Myanmar 🇲🇲 or even Brunei 🇧🇳. A combination of Modern Architecture surrounded by old British 🇬🇧 colonial buildings with lush foliage on the skyscrapers. Very westernized and contemporary yet still preserves the old rustic looks of old village settings. The price of accommodation and food tends to be on the pricey side if you dine on a mostly touristy flank. Go to hawker centers for cheaper options in Singapore 🇸🇬. There is plenty of it here and to approximate is beyond comparison.
Great vlog - loved the skywalk - we had a feeling you would save your money and not do indoor waterfall!😊 Gaz’z duck meal looked delicious and very reasonable. The water light show was brilliant!

Welcome to Singapore : D Great for you to queue for the roast meat stall instead of the overrated Tian Tian chicken rice stall (by local's standards). Did you guys went to the Gardens by the Bay lights show?? It's said to be the best and is much better than the one at MBS. Glad you pointed out that the fruit juice cost that much as you were at a super touristy and central spot of Singapore. You can get fruit juices for like $3 from hawker centres. I've went to both domes and even as a local it was expensive but it was a really memorable experience :) Try visiting other less touristy areas like Tiong Bahru hawker centre and the surroundings, Old airport road food centre, Chinatown Complex (largest hawker centre in SG on the second level)..there are some small islands as well.
We didn’t go to the other light show in the end but next time we visit we will have to go!! Glad you enjoyed the video and nice to hear that the dome is also good ☺️. Hawkers centres were our fav, such delicious food 😍😍. Thanks for all your recommendations ☺️
You need to come to Singapore this Christmas and New Year. Orchard road and marina bay sands is so magical on Christmas and New Year. There is a firefly garden at orchard road. They are blocking the streets at orchard road on Christmas Eve and you can party and dance all night long. On New Year's Eve, at the marina bay barge, the fireworks start at 10.30 pm or 11 pm, it goes on until 12 am The best fireworks in the world. You gonna have the best Christmas and New Year in your life in Singapore. Singapore is so magical and beautiful you will love Singapore so much.
Welcome to Singapore. You just HAVE to visit both domes when you’re at Gardens By The Bay. Sure it’s pricey but there’s a discount if you get the combo. As a local the aircon alone is worth the price 😂 just kidding. You won’t regret it promise.
Visit the Botanical Garden and I’m sure you will love it. It’s free anyway. Take a bus and walk along Orchard Road ( Business District ) then take mrt to Bugis Station. Buy cheap souvenirs at the Bugis Market and walk to Arab Street where the Sultan Mosque is.

Your visit to the Marina Bay area is incomplete without viewing the spectacular light show at the Super Trees at Gardens by the Bay. I think you have missed that.
Skywalk is worth it only at night when the music show is on. The Cloud Forest is absolutely worth it. As a local I've been there around 6 times so far.
The people who are dressed brightly at the temple is taking a wedding photoshoot! The woman in red and men in red are the ones getting married! They are wearing a chinese traditional outfit. Hope u have enjoyed Singapore!!!
