I am currently doing a regal parlor guitar. It has the same structural issues as your bajo. I'm at the point of gluing the back on. My regal luckily has a nice flat top.

@@slo5283 the soundboard was steamed back to being flat. It was reinforced with 1/16 inch mahogany. The fan bracing was slotted to fit the bridge plate. The details are in the bracing episode.
@ I get it that the sides have a curve to them so that would mean that the braces have to have a curve to them so they would be concave slightly. The answer is yes round them off on the belt sander on each side be done.

?! were the side Braces in the lower Bout radiused to fit the contour or left flat?!?

@paulmerojunkpileguitars I saw those Episodes too, but the Braces running 'Top to Back' -- the lower Bout has some curve there ☮️
