Why is it seen as a jerk move? They're going to be mixing drinks all day, does it really matter if it's more mixing on one drink? At the end of the day it's the same amount of work. Plus, you knew that it was a possibility for you to make a drink with tons of ingredients when you applied
Its not the sams amount of work. It has 13 ingredients when most have 4. On top of that he has multiple amounts of the 13 ingredients. He literally made a drink that probably takes triple the time to make. Theres other customers. Its a jerk move because its inconsiderate to other peoples time, which includes the other customers. He needs to buy the ingredients and make that at home.
Its like walking into subway and ordering 30 sandwiches instead of 3 when theres a line. Why not call and order in advance? Theres just certain ways to be considerate regardless of what the job is and despite what the person working is getting paid.
Shayshay said it well but I can always tell when someone hasn't worked in customer service. You have people continuously order something like that and it causes everyone to get irritated and upset at the worker bc its seen as their fault for not moving fast enough. There is very little patience in rhe world. You'll have ppl going into Starbucks 5 min before work and be mad that they took too long to make their drink even though they may have had to make a bunch of drinks for the previous customer. People will get upset over anything and it's usually nothing. They just want to be upset. Thats hard to deal with all day.
@@kmarshirley I get that, I used to work at Starbucks. But let those people be mad, it's in their nature

You have hundreds of thousands of americans who shovel rock 365 days a year for $10/h with no complaints. Going to a business and asking somebody to do their job is far from newsworthy.
