Ingredients:
** For the Marshmallows **
- ½ cup of Water (for the gelatine)
- 2 ½ tbs de Gelatine Powder
- ½ cup of Water (for the syrup)
- ⅓ cup of Corn Syrup
- 2 cups of Sugar
- ¼ tsp of Salt
** For the Cookies **
- 1 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups of Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbs Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
** For the Chocolate Cover **
- 9 oz (255g) of Chocolate Melts
** Chocolate Filling **
- 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup fo Milk
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 1 tbsp of Butter
- 2 tsp All-Purpose flour
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp of Instant Coffee
- 1 pinch of Salt
** White Sprinkles for decoration
