The appointment of Vijayalakshmi Pandit was the first major act of corruption and nepotism in Independent India. She had no income of her own, and her husband had died a pauper.She was not even qualified to get a clerical job in the govt. Nehru looks like appointed her so that she can leave his household, not be a burden on him, and be independent. Besides Moscow, she also went to be the High Commissioner in UK, Ambassador in USA etc etc. She was the only person in Indian Diplomatic service, who was not a professional in the accepted sense. She only had a matriculate degree, and even that is being questioned. Why was she appointed is a question that the Indian media and intelligentsia, parliamentarians, opposition leaders etc etc, never asked. Nobody can give a reasonable excuse. From then on, corruption and nepotism , started in full swing.

Having read everything I possibly could on history from 1920s till 1980s, I personally give failed grade to dynasty in india. All problems, like poverty, poor infrastructure, scams, border issue etc. etc. are all because of one dynasty's political quest for power

Wow. Such a great leader India had in Shubash Chandra Bose! Once in a century type of leader. Sadly his contribution is not publicized as much as it deserves. But many many Indian love and respect Subash Chandra Bose inspite of all the opposition against him.
It will be great to see a good movie about Bose. Including his heroic effort to swim in ocean from sub-marine.

In 1953, Shri Bose might have escaped to India through Nepal, and since then it is matching with the findings of Shri Anuj Dhar and team.He lived as Gumnami Bhabha and finally died on 16 th September 1985.
What stopped him in returning to his country which he loved?

Anuj Dhar's theory that Netaji was hiding in Faizabad as Gumnami Baba in fear of Nehru-Panth- Rajendra Prasad is not credible as it is against the character of Netaji. I guess Anuj Dhar wants to do a character assassination of Netaji.
According to Prof Purabi Roy who did her Doctorate at Moscow University, son of Abani Mukherjee, one of the founders of the CPI in 1920 but was executed by Stalin in 1946, Netaji was alive until 1946 and stayed in the same prison in Siberia. However, in the investigation of Anuj Dhar in the special website of Hindustan Times, one person who used to live in Balochistan had seen Netaji being taken to the execution ground on the border of Iran and Balochistan in late 1946. Thus, it is obvious that British got him from the Soviet Union as there was a treaty that they, Britain and the Soviet Union would exchange each other’s prisoners.
Thus, most probably Netaji was executed by the British in 1946 in Balochistan.

For instance if Article 370 had been withdrawn within 6 months of the first term in 2014 as Dr Swamy wanted do you think the reception would have been the same as it was in 2019. Definitely not.
