I own an SEO & digital marketing business (22 years in business) and I can tell you from experience, that the main reason video views decrease is that the algorithm constantly learns how to deliver the video to different audiences. TH-cam is constantly analyzing the click-through rate and traffic on your videos. It's learning which audiences respond best to impressions and which stay on the video longer. But it's not always a fluid learning process. Sometimes TH-cam tests your video on a new audience, and doesn't get the positive signals it needs to keep delivering it. Therefore, viewership decreases. Just keep putting out great content and give TH-cam the freshness factor and it will start to go back up.
Views are down because it's summer so I'm not online as much in the colder weather. I wouldn't worry. Your views will pickup come the fall. I luv the channel.💪
Leaving an empty till open after closing often save it from being taken since they want the cash not it usually and they'll break into on fastened down if the drawer is closed. Most large retailers keep theirs empty on closed lanes and between cashiers since its a good practice for every shop no matter the size. Many organized rings that resell buy quickly in cash from those that shoplift often on order so they'll take what's popular and sell it online making millions each month...💸

i understand the feelings man. just the other day i went to go to work. hopped in my car, which i accidentally left unlocked, and my steering column and ignition was all broken up. someone tried to steal my car! im guessing the only reason they didnt get it is because after they popped the ignition, they realized its a manual transmission. at least i didnt lose the car, and my items in it. but its still a crappy feeling

So sorry about the burglary! Might want to get some interior Ring cameras. One for the front and one for the back. You can set them so if there is motion detected it will alert you immediately, if you have wifi at the shop. That way you can get an alert if someone maybe in the shop after hours. Can also have it so it records all the time so if someone comes into the shop and causes issue you have it in video as well. It looks like you had video for the shop, but with motion detection, it would give you a heads up.

I think we need to go back to effective punishments. The first time someone is caught stealing, they get their left hand chopped off. The second time they lose their right third time, they lose their head. It might sound brutal, but it was effective in the past and would still be today.

I sympathise with you, we were robbed in February and it is the worst feeling. We were able to watch the crook take our prized possessions and dump them in his stolen Ute before leaving. The police were polite but only because we had video that would help them to convince a judge to issue a warrant. Luckily they caught him and the insurance has paid out but it will take time to take the feeling away. I wish you a speedy recovery! Great video also, thanks.

I note you glued the heel stack however, there are nail/tack holes did you put tacks in them or just left as is?

I don't really remember..he had one brown and one black pair...I was probably about 10 at the time .. I remember they were always highly polished...very thick leather too from memory 🤔
