Currently, that small country is the safest in America, and unfortunately many areas of the United States are immersed in crime, insecurity, drug addiction and poverty...

Yes, listening to your body (re: nutritional needs) is important. The first thing is being honest about one's 'unreasonable cravings'... i.e. chocolate, etc... and trying to avoid those. Once you have identified that you body will tell you what you need via... yes, cravings... but you'll soon learn that these are the healthy ones. It does take a while to learn this but it is worth it. Cheers and adventure on!

@@qauke1286 both are pretty good honestly. Guatemala is a bit more “developed” tourist wise but El Salvador is quickly getting there
