Great video. Thank you for putting this together. I would appreciate more content breaking down raids in the scope of Surge so the planning philosophy of the class is more transparent.

nice vid, can you tell me why you prefer to use earth cleaver first in your rotation, since in korea i would assume you have lvl 10 cooldown gems, isent the soul + blitzrush first rotation smoother and better for bosses like brelshaza.
I played surge since steam server live, I bring Moonlight sonic INSTEAD of Void Strike, and I use potection rune on it so sometimes I can mitgate some damage taken. I still takes Dark Axel tho, such a useful skill. Am I doing this correctly to some extent?
@@syla4115 The thing is I just dont feel that I need those extra stacks from Void Strike tho, I should have enough from Blitz rush with dark charge, you can hold blitz rush for like 0.1 sec more to get an extra stack, then since I dont use galewind on MS so it gives 3. Not trying to argue just giving my own thought
@@syla4115 But that advanced brust circle tho, It's really something new to me, before I never figered out any good atropine circle, this helps a lot and I can comfortably burst out 500-600m in 10 second, Great job on the video👍👍👍
@@vivy7442 I try to use Void Strike for recovery whenever I need to use surge early. It is true that void strike dmg is lower compared to ms and earth cleaver but recovery is too good
If you’re running oom in raids that means you’re doing great! You do run out of mana p often with good rotation. If it’s too bad you can consider using focus runes. In Trixxion you will always run out of mana.
Can I ask why on the Moonlight Sonic Skill build you cut the Void Strike Damage gem in favor of an Earth Cleaver CD gem? Also there's a minor mistake in the Advanced Skilltree maxroll link, you have Wind Cut at 12 skillpoints instead of Moonlight Sonic

You kinda need axel in nonequalized content - you can’t expect high level of coordination in public parties
great video! whats the difference between blitz rush Charge Enhancement vs Dark Charge tripods?
Charge enhancement - single dmg / Dark Charge - Multiple hits (same dmg assuming full hit) but short range. Gets you 2-3 stacks
Also, wouldn’t it be better to put 12 skill points into earth cleaver instead of void strike since earth cleaver does more damage?

It’s because I want to use those main skills at higher stacks if possible. Higher stacks=more AP=higher dmg

I suggest you only swap ms for axel

good question! I only use void strike for stacks/recovery and even not use it at all for some rotations so I didn't need a gem for it
Do i still get the 3 orb buff if i cast surge before the orbs show up on the identity bar after casting a 20 stack surge?

It is hard to pick up and there are stressful aspects to the class but it’s very rewarding and fun if played correctly. I main swapped from GS
