I love the aspect he’s parenting anxieties in a nutshell. He’s worried she’ll end up just like him. Closed off, untrusting to anyone even if they show kindness. He’s even worried about caring about her when he was about to destroy the lab and take her with it.
Hopefully she will end up just like him. Saving an innocent from a life time of tests and being used, showing love to someone by staying by their bedside when they are at their most vulnerable, & being powerful enough to use her powers to create the best possible outcomes (none of the scientists that created her died). Mewtwo truly is a reformed villain.
He doesn't quite have any clue what he's doing, but the potential to become a good parent is there. Just might take some time and effort to bring it out.

A baby Mewtwo would have enough on its psychological plate merely with learning and coming to terms with what it is. Now that we have confirmation that Huey remembers everything from infancy, the last thing a baby Mewtwo needs is the can of worms that would come from a parent figure giving it up for any reason.
I'm more worried about what happens if they meet a Zygarde in the world.. since Zygarde, Keeps the balance in nature in check... And mewtwos are... Aren't nature Created..
4:05 There was another comic where Mew brought Huey to visit lots of Legendaries, presumably so they’d know to return him if he got lost. Even if Mew didn’t visit Giratina, Dialga and Palkia definitely would’ve passed on the message… with serious threats if he saw Huey in the Distortion World and didn’t bring him back safe and sound.

If you ever get impatient waiting for a new episode TC-96 on Deviant Art (the creator of the series) has alot of episodes ranging form where we are now to far into the future (your gonna have to scroll to find where we are right now) and even parts not used in the videos. He also uploads quite frequently.
This is so wholesome. And I love how they incorporated the struggles of parenthood. The anxiety and all. It is always such a joy watching these. And thanks to everyone involved in it.

Well there is/was one already where Huey ends up in Hoenn region. But that dream was him as an infant so maybe not him persay, but maybe something may happen to pigment? Or Newtwo will be affected by a nightmare (Bad Dream if Darkrai happens to stop by for a Halloween visit?)
I've had this idea floating in my head for a while now. How about Huey or Pidge finding Ashes Z-ring, bringing it out asking about it, Ash explains what it and Z-moves are all the while Mew is staring at it and unconsciously creats Mewnium Z. I'd like to have a bit more on Ash and Mew since he has good connections with the other 3 and the little one is too young yet.
I agree with Newtwo about not being an expert at parenting(considering what she had to go through with Huey),and this are definitely gonna be tough,but as long as he has his friends by his side and their support,I'm positive that Mewtwo will be the best dad ever.And that's the truth Also,a message for Mewtwo:Parenting may not be easy,but it's never dull XD. TC-96 has done an outstanding job writing _all_ of the characters in this comic, but this whole introductory arc with Pigment _really_ highlights how well she understands OG Mewtwo: As far back as the first movie, Mewtwo has _always_ been plagued by existential angst, always asking "What is my purpose?" and "Why am I here?"; not knowing what to do with himself or what he's meant for is something that he's struggled with from the very beginning, plus the Rocket scientists designing him at the genetic level to be a malicious living weapon doesn't help with the existential dread, so _of course_ he'd have so much trouble with becoming a parent (which is already a huge responsibility and challenge even _without_ all of Mewtwo's baggage). Just _this_ scene at 2:28, with him brooding on the Ketchums' roof, no doubt still pondering the same questions he always has but in a whole new context... It's just _perfect,_ man!
Mewtwo wants what's best for Pigment. Any loving Father would want that for their child, even at his own expense. He may not be in tune with his emotion's, but he is trying, for Newt, Ash, Huey and Pigment, and for himself.
What's next? The part where Huey has the dream about convincing Dialga to send him back in time to prevent his mom and uncle from being kidnapped as infant Mews?
Extremely amazingly well done with this part, beautiful Voice acting and cute moments here, i must say these are getting better and better, though they were already amazing from the first part that was made of this Series. Continue doing a wonderful job.

When I saw Huey going out by himself for the first time, I worried it was going to follow up with the other comic that was pretty distressing for him. Though it will come up sooner or later though. Though also interested to see when that 'What if' comic that TC did gets dubbed, if it gets dubbed.

Teaching is more parental after all and wouldn’t hurt from time to time to let them experience situations on their…… though to be safe watching over them either consciously or subconsciously besides Mewtwo’s a Psychic type show it wouldn’t hurt to use his foresight or ask Xatu, if OVAS makes it. I mean, who wouldn’t want to see if Xatu gave Mewtwo some insight not from the future but it’s experience?
Huey remembering to just BEFORE he was born is actually a nice detail, since Pokémon mostly hatch from eggs. It’d be like a chicken or that young velociraptor from Jurassic Park fully conscious and breaking its way out.
It would be interesting to see newtwo ask ash or professor oak about why huey might be green and then maybe reference ashes rare shiny Noctowl in the explanation.
