Hey I watched another video posted 3 weeks ago about the xt 250. Moto junkies I think is the channel, anyways looks like they used some of your footage for the video. Not sure if you know or if they have you credit for it or not but I just thought I’d mention it

@@bradd188 Yes, that individual did give me credit in very small letters at the bottom left of frame. Thanks, good looking out!

I prefer soft panniers over hard ones too. They don't catch the wind as much.

Love the video content, and I appreciate the honest breakdown. This is perfectly timed, as I am working on the kit for the first desert motocamp.
(Side note: I mean this constructively because the video content was excellent, but the wide angle/fish eye was a bit hard to watch. I mention this only because I feel like you are on the precipice of a lot of channel growth, and I always look forward to new videos).

Those style of chairs are a game changer lol Bought a Joey chair and after a ride(and sore back) it's a welcome addition.

This is the kind of video I like watching. Informative, well shot and great storytelling. I hope my upcoming videos are as well done as yours.

Hey D Rock. Thanks for this video. The timing is perfect for me. I recently got my first bike and have been looking to take a Moto camping trip, but I need to get gear. My car camping stuff is too bulky. I enjoy the videos man, and subbed. From San Diego CA.

Zoleo is also a good option. Works with phone. Cost $150 for the unit. Then you have to pay for the first 3 months of service. After that you can go month to month. Activate and deactivate as needed. It has the SOS and you can text anyone. I use it because I work in remote areas with no cell phone. I do have a satellite phone but the Zoleo is my go to.

I really enjoy your content. Your channel encouraged me to get my first dual sport motorcycle and go out trail riding. I live in El Paso, Texas and the terrain is very similar to what I see on your videos. I had been taking short trail rides because it's my first motorcycle, so I'm still learning. Saturday, I took my first long ride from El Paso to Pinion, NM. It was great. Anyways, thank you for doing what you do. It's encouraging and good.

Nice gear review. I think the sleeping bag rating is a survivability rating and not a comfort rating. Some bags now list both. But the 20 degrees you described is what I use as well. 0 bag is normally good down to 20.

Couple years old now. Good to know, might have to try your system out but for now my Nalgenes just get tossed inside the panniers. Appreciate you watching!
