    Very interesting! Is it my imagination that interrogative particles (and the words they follow) are not always stressed in Turkish? Sometimes it's difficult to tell if a question is being asked, as it seems there is no particular word being stressed. Perhaps this is just in comparison to English, because we tend to stress the word in question more overtly. Just curious about this in general.

      Thank you. Actually, we do not really need to (overtly) stress the word followed by the interrogation particle in Yes No questions since the position of the particle already defines the meaning. :)
