Excellent demonstration...in literature it is stated that omphocele is part of pentalogy of cantrell...does the diagnosis change with gastroschisis?

Gastroschisis, not omphalocele because:
- Herniated contents were not covered by membrane
- Umbilical cord has inserted from the lateral aspects of the herniated contents, not centrally into the herniated sac.
