Thanks Ying for another informative and action-packed video. I admire the way you carefully construct your videos, there are never any boring bits! Great to see PJ, again - Aussie Mark.
Another great episode Ying! The neighborhood information is very helpful & valuable. I like your format, showing many pictures of the neighborhood instead of just talking in front of the camera. Please use this format for other episodes. Thank you for your positive energy! 😊
Another home run Ying! You and Pj are a great information team. Just followed her as well. Thanks for making time for us farangs, wierd as we are! 🤣😂🤣❤️🙏🏽
Thank you for showing us the condo in Asok! It is definitely a very busy area but the positive is that there is a lot do and as you say a good area to invest. When I was in Bangkok in September I did visit Asok and found the transport links from the MRT to the BTS very good and convenient. When I come to Thailand to live permanently I think I would prefer Onnut or Udom Sok as a place to live. My plan is to find a condo in Bangkok that is close or close enough to a BTS station. At least then transport wise you easily go anywhere in the city if you want to.
Nice vlog - thanks for sharing this look into Asoke! I hope that you, and Ployjan, will continue to show us more living options, in other areas of Bangkok! :) Personally, I would not want to live in Asoke. It is fine to visit, or for a short-term stay (for work purposes), but perhaps not the best option for long-term residency, such as retirement or raising a family. I also think this type of condo is more suited for corporate use - as an alternative to hotels for temporary stay of guests of the company, or of newly-hired employees while they look for more permanent housing. Or for use by corporate executives, who own a home much further away and sometimes need a place closer to the office to relax & sleep. This is just my personal opinion, though - other people will feel differently, based upon their lifestyle and past experiences!
Rent, don't buy. Buying a condo in Bangkok is NEVER a good idea, for many, many reasons. I love Thailand and mean no offense to the country, but buying a condo there you will surely lose money.
I do agree selling condo in Bangkok to foreigners is not easy, but the house price and rental yield compare to other countries is still very attractive Ps successful investors have different investment portfolio, they find a prime area/rare layout units and look for good return yield instead of resell for fast profit. So it is all about insight and personal situation
@@mattchan383the roi is horrific on Bangkok condo investments. The numbers don’t make sense anyway I crunch the numbers. I’ve concluded it’s just Chinese buyers who don’t care about a return as long as they get their money out of China.
I think the yield on a condo as investment is pretty low in Bangkok. Also realestate isn't that liquid in Thailand and when you want to sell it may take some time.
The condo doesnt come with the girl🤣 thai girls you are so funny anyway hey its a nice place but i know its might sound weird and maybe theres no one like me who had to born in this life and having been living all his lfe outside of the 🇹🇭 or any asian environment who will ask for a small place to put a buddhist shrine or altar in the apartment or in a condo even i dont speak thai i am a buddhist living in latinamerica im the almost 1% in the population in my country who only believes in the buddha way. The other % are chinese descendence and maybe some few vietnamese or koreans who came here to add more asian flavoured with their restaurants.
Great video! I love you guys.
Keep making videos together!
They are fun and informative.

True that, I bought a condo 12 years ago. Worst decision ever. The price didn't go up. Not a bit. Selling is almost impossible. Etc.

Should buy SG properties ,instead!
