Celebrating small milestones - My first video with 1k views! 🎉 Thanks for watching and supporting. Let me know in the comments what you'd like to see more of in Bangkok!!
I am from Bangkok. The area (On Nut) is a suburban area. In fact, it should cost only $400-500. This area has many condos with many amenities and larger than the condos in the clip to choose from.Actually in Bangkok There are a lot of good condos and great prices to choose from. But the good thing about the area (On Nut) is that there are markets, department stores and many cheap and delicious places to eat 24 hours a day.
Good video, I like Onnut, have stayed at the Avani at Century Mall and explored the area. Condo is nice, too small for my needs, but nice. Your videography is excellent.
Hi, I like your video. One issue I have is that traffic noise can be quite loud in bkk with very noisy motorbikes and tuktuks and often you can hear this inside at night. How is this in your condo? Also the beds are often very hard, how about yours? Do you have any recommendations for a quiet place with a soft bed that does rent for 2 or 3 months?
Thank you! If you are concerned about noise, I would personally avoid condo developments that are facing main roads/junctions. For my condo, I can still hear some traffic noise but generally not too much such that it disturbs my sleep. The bed is also quite comfortable and I have no issues sleeping on it. You can look at condos like Park Origin @ Phrom Phong, or Noble BE19 where there are a few buildings in that condo & more distance from the main street to avoid the noise. I would also recommend to arrange for viewings closer to evening time where the streets are likely to be busier to have a more accurate assessment of the noise levels. Hope this helps!
@@oshvincent thank you for your quick response. Do these condo's have options for 3 months rent? And what is the best way to find the landlords who rent them out? Most that I found only do at least 6 months
Yes but do expect to pay a premium for shorter term rentals. Instead of checking out listings one by one, I'll recommend to go on facebook groups to liaise with agents directly stating your lease criteria. You can also find lease takeovers within these groups as well
Thank you for watching! Unfortunately, I can’t share the agent’s contact publicly, but I’d recommend checking out the Facebook groups for similar listings or directly contacting the agents on LINE if they do drop their contact in the Facebook groups. Hope that helps!
@oshvincent is $640 usd or sgd? How much in baht is the rent if its rented for only 1 month? Can I just walk in and ask the receptionist instead of using agent to lease 1 month only studio? Thanks. Very informative channel!

Wah! The room size is very worth for $650, compared to Singapore housing prices. Hope you enjoy your stay in Bangkok 😊
Thank you for the support ☺️
It looks nice, but not much space. It’s smaller than a hotel room. 😅
Looks great, hope you will enjoy your stay.
Hope you enjoyed the tour! The stay has been great so far

Thank you for the compliment! Onnut is definitely a neighbourhood worth considering for nomads not looking to stay directly in the city.
