Hi, this is a typical symptom of disk or controller corruption. Of course, if you are accessing via a web browser it is a mistake. Enter the system in the photocopier.
@@MrRicoh Thanks! I was able to enter by system to format the disk, which presented failure. The printer does not have a hard drive or the cable that connects to the controller card. I'm looking for the cable (part number) and from that to see what disk it uses (SATA or IDE?)
