PART REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Enter the SP mode.
2. Output of SMC registration data using SP5-990-004.
3. Set the following SP to "1" before turning off the power.
4. Replace the PM parts and turn on the power, then the device will automatically reset the PM counters. In the case of a developer (developer), the initiation will also be done automatically.
5. Exit SP mode.
AFTER INSTALLING THE NEW PM PARTS
1. Turn on the main power switch.
2. Output the SMC logging data with SP5-990-004 and check the counter values.
3. Make sure that the PM counters for the replaced units are "0" with SP7-803. If the PM counter
for a unit was not reset, then reset that counter with SP 7-622.
4. Make sure that the exchange counter counts up with SP7-853.
5. Make sure that the counters for the previous units (SP7-908) on the new SMC logging data
list (from step 2 above) are equal to the counters (SP7-803) for these units on the previous
SMC logging data list (the list that was output in the "Before removing the old parts" section).
6. Make sure that the unit replacement date is updated with SP7-950.

Buenos días. Gracias por unirse al grupo de seguidores del canal. La Ricoh MP301 es una muy buena fotocopiadora de casetes, pero necesita conocer algunos problemas básicos.
1. El mantenimiento, es decir, la limpieza a fondo de la copiadora, debe realizarse cada tres meses. Durante el mantenimiento, limpie a fondo los separadores del rodillo calefactor.
2. Cuando cierre la carcasa derecha de la copiadora, hágalo con cuidado ya que el accesorio del rodillo de transferencia se rompe a menudo.
3. Hay un alimentador de papel en la bandeja de papel. El sensor cuelga sobre el papel y está unido a tres pequeños plásticos. Este elemento a menudo se cae o rompe uno de los sujetadores. El síntoma es un mensaje: agregue papel y atascos de papel.
4. A MP301 no le gustan los tóners alternativos, por lo que es mejor usar tóners genuinos.
5. A menudo hay un problema: agregue tóner. Y el tóner está ahí. ¿Y que? hay tres opciones:
- la manija verde de abrir el tóner puede estar dañada
- el motor de tóner detrás del tóner puede estar dañado

7. El soporte para el trinquete de recogida D1274179 a menudo se daña en el módulo de calefacción. El síntoma es la caída del separador y atascos de papel.
8. Cuando la copiadora atasca el papel de salida, compruebe el 90% de la placa de la puerta rota [D127-4459, D1274459, D127-4458, D1274458].

Good day. Thank you for joining the group of supporters of the channel. The Ricoh MP301 is a very good cassette copier, but you need to know about a few basic problems.
1. Maintenance, i.e. thorough cleaning of the copier, must be performed every three months. During maintenance, thoroughly clean the separators on the heating roller.
2. When closing the right housing of the copier, please do so gently as the transfer roller attachment often breaks.
3. There is a paper feeder in the paper cassette. The sensor hangs over the paper and is attached to three small plastics. This element often falls out or breaks one of the fasteners. The symptom is a message: add paper and paper jams.
4. MP301 doesn't like alternative toners, so it's better to use genuine toners.
5. There is often a problem: add toner. And the toner is there. Then what? there are three options:
- the green handle from opening the toner may be damaged
- the toner motor behind the toner may be damaged
- the gears in the developer module are damaged.
6. Remember that you have to replace parts regularly:
- drum module 45,000 copies
- 8,000 copies toner
- Paper Feed Roller [AF03-1061] 90,000 copies
- Separation Pad [D067-2710] 90,000 copies
- Transfer Roller [D127-3802] 90,000 copies
- Hot Roller [AE01-1131] 90,000 copies
- Pressure Roller [AE020269 or AE020207] 90,000 copies
7. The Holder for Pickoff Pawl D1274179 is often damaged in the heating module. The symptom is falling off the separator and paper jams.
8. When the copier misfeeds the exit paper, check 90% for the broken Gate Plate [D127-4459, D1274459, D127-4458, D1274458].
This is basic information worth having.

Panie Tomaszu , zadam proste pytanie . Jaki model w-g Pana Ricoh czy inny (Xerox / minolta) jest najlepszy do drukowania ulotek , broszur mozliwie najlepszej jakosci ? Czy wogole na tego typu drukarkach mozna zblizyc sie jakoscia do drukow ofsetowych ?
Tak bez problemu tym zadaniom podoła kopiarka Ricoh MPC3003, MPC3503, MPC4503, MPC4503 lub MPC 3004 3504 4504 5504.
Do tego dobry papier o fajnej gramaturze, oczywiście podawany z podajnik bocznego. Trzeba tylko pamiętać żeby ustawić w opcjach pobierania papieru GRUBY 1 i będzie super wydruk.

I jeszcze sprawa papieru , do drukowania ulotek lepszej jakosci polecaja tutaj 130-160 gsm blyszczacy najlepiej obustronie powlekany lub - " coded" czy Pan to potwierdza ?
Ricoh MPC3001 i podobne to stare urządzenia. Na Warszawskim rynku często trafiają już na utylizację, dlatego sugerowałem 3-4. Ale to zależy jakie są maszyny na lokalnym rynku. Jeśli są jeden to muszą być 1. Kupione więc muszą na siebie zarobić. Z tym papierem to lepiej pytać ludzi z poligrafii lub firm handlujących papierem.

I have a tedious problem with ricoh 4001.a stock 4001.print counter 540000.
I dend a print on the printer and prints that. But for second print even the exact previous print, the ricoh warning missmatch paper tray. We must then restart the ricoh for print second print and this problems containing for next prints. 1 print=1 restart. Please help us.

If I understand correctly, the problem only occurs when printing and when copying everything is fine. I would like to update my copier software to the latest version. If this does not help, disconnect the HDD in Kopirka for a while and see how it will work without the disk. If the problem disappears, it means that the HDD is now to be replaced. Ricoh MP4001 is a copier produced in 2010, so if you have not changed the disk so far, it must be necessary.
Zapomnieliście o czyszczeniu szybek lasera. Pas był już wcześniej czyszczony lub wymieniony bo nie pasuje do stopnia zapylenia bębnów.
Cześć, czyszczenie czterech szybek lasera traktujemy jako czynność operatora, bo ma na klapie czyścik, więc to pominąłem. Choć to cenna uwaga. Dzięki.

Hi, in this model you sometimes have to replace the lower press roller, so do it. Also check the bushings of the lower roller in the fuser unit.

2. Check whether there is any error in the TD sensor harness (disconnection, etc.) only BLACK DEVELOPING
