The whole of their album "Nightmare" is my favourite. They recorded it just after their drummer died, (he wrote a lot of their songs too) and it features some of his vocals. It's an absolute masterpiece💔

Totally my favourite Avenged Sevenfold song. It's one that can bring a tear to your eye for sure. Just imagine having the mindset of being a soldier in WW2 fighting for our freedom. You're storming the beaches of Normandy and you're watching friends and peers get mowed down and blown into pieces as you advance towards the goal. I could only imagine how terrifying it would have been and all you wanna do is come home to your gf/wife. Powerful song and it was fun to bounce with you when the beat dropped lol
I love how you into Avenged Sevenfold lately. I gotta recommend you another song from them. It’s called Sidewinder. It’s off their City of Evil album from 2005. City of Evil is the album that got them mainstream success. This song is not mentioned often enough in reaction vids and it should be. It’s powerful and beautiful at the same time. Don’t get me started with the drumming in this song....The Rev is a legend I’d get the lyric video if I were you
