Would love to smell the hazelnut material Antoine mentions. So glad he got out of the rat race when he did. A very insightful livestream Eugen. Big thanks to Remi, Valerie, Antoine and Rich for the commentary. I agreed with a lot of it. Never before has the truth behind industry practices become such an important topic for discussion. 📶
This was both informative and entertaining. I got a handful of Eris Perfumes samples as part of a big lot and looking up the brand and perfumer I came across Antoine Lie, then I watched some reviews of his creations and an interview with him and I am becoming a fan! I looked up the discovery set which is oos sadly but will get one asap. Really curious about Rose de Jamal, Vanille Havane especially but also the others! I like the philosophy of both the perfumer and the brand owners, high quality, artistic perfume.. as opposed to building something mass appealing then selling the company to some conglomerate and cash out. Happy for Mr Lie that he can do whatever he wants now and got out of the corporate perfumery and thank goodness there are creators like him who keep the fragrance game interesting. Great vid!
What the big oil houses are doing is fascinating (not in a good way)… they are putting all their R&D into molecule development to eventually replace naturals? That’s be my long-term guess. So… we are so lucky people like Remi & Valerie are doing this work.

brilliant, humble and sincere stream as always!!!
Thank you, Eugen. That stream with Les Indemodables and Antoine Lie was so enjoyable and informative!
Antoine was fired from Takasago 😂 glad he is so happy about it 😌
I was wondering what company were they talking about? Never heard of it but happy for him.
He is becoming the superstar of indie perfumery.
Grey Flannel!!! Love Love this fragrance!!!❤❤❤
I’m so excited to try this praline note! The idea of natural high-quality gourmand that’s not sickly-sweet is so wonderful! ❤❤❤
Like the difference between a real vanilla pod & sickly-chemical sweetness ❤
Helloooo Eugen !!

Sadly that is what’s happening.
It would be amazing if someone like Antoine Lie created a perfume with real oud in it.
Feminité du Bois, yes, but Mitsouko no???? Vous êtes certains???? 😂😂😂

What kind of trend did they create?
