    I really love when you time lapse the back of the truck cause i can finally see if these fuckin boxes grow legs and just walk off the damn shelves cause i swear they do

    Thank you for sharing your videos. They are encouraging! I have been driving for Fedex for 2 years now and I am a female. I agree with your videos. Key is organizing your truck! I always go in early to get this done. Also yes the route affects your stop count. If you are being over worked and not happy working for a contractor us as drivers have a choice to make our jobs better. Change who you work for! Also key its all about how you take care of your body. Eat healthy! Set Goals! The way i look at it all those heavy trucks got me in shape. Got payed to work out! Next becoming a contractor myself!     Wish I had a tight full residential route. I have about 30 businesses a day and the rest houses and spread out more. But so hard to get past 20-25 an hour with my route

      Not all routes are created equal that’s for sure. The biggest quirk to mine is the amount of furniture I get. I had 10 massive boxes of chairs the other day all going to one house. It’s tightly packed but there’s so many new builds. It’s nothing but bed frames, mattresses, chairs and couches. My coworkers call me the “RC Wily Man” 😂

    If the closed captioning was correct - you have whole milk in your protein shake? I'm NOT judging -- just wondering why? I can think of so many fitness-types who'd tell you skim only. So why whole for you? Because of the large number of calories burned each day (so it doesn't matter)? More satiating? Thanks! Keep up the good work. I enjoy each new ep/drop.

      So I think the stigma around whole milk is changing. Some of the things you’re saying are very right. The extra calories are definitely super helpful, but more than that there are studies to now show that whole milk is healthier. The process of stripping out the fat also strips out a lot of the beneficial nutrients. I recommend whole milk to all of my personal training clients who can tolerate dairy, even the ones trying to lose weight.

    How much are they paying you to run a route that averages over 180 stops per day ?

      About a dollar per stop plus bonuses at certain mile stones
