After 3 breast augmentation surgeries I wish I would have just left them alone. My first surgery at 23 (after 2 babies) one side had capsular contracture and the other side deflated within a year and a half. The surgeon fixed it, they were good for 13 years until I had another deflation. By then my surgeon had passed away and I was back at square one. I found an amazing reconstructive surgeon and had the other side deflated and lived with it for a year to see how I healed but the pocket never healed and my chest was concave. Ultimately I ended up getting the Ideal Implant which has 2 chambers in case of deflation. I would not consider “gummy bear” implants because I was not aware that an MRI is recommended every few years because they can still leak and it can go undetected. It’s been 2 years now and I am so grateful im ok now but still, I should have never had the first surgery. In case anyone is wondering, my 2 deflated implants were Mentor brand, high profile non textured. The Ideal Implants were introduced into the market in 2008 right before I had my 2nd surgery and were not an option at the time. Wish me luck 🙏🏻

Losing 25-30 lbs for a slender woman is harsh. I’ve had a weight issue most of my life and I know that in the slender women’s clothing sizes there are very few pounds between sizes. So 30 lbs would have made none of her clothes fit her. There are way more pounds per size in the plus size women’s clothing.

As you get older, heavy breasts sag and cause back pain. I wonder how many older women get their implants removed? Large breasts are a pain. I wish I could get mine reduced. Two of my friends have had breast reduction surgery - nine have had implants.
Implants are typically placed under the muscle nowadays, while the breast tissue which produces milk is on top of the muscle. One doesn't interfere with the other.

This is how males communicate and joke with one another. They are fine.
“A B would be cute” 😂😂😂😂 ouch
Welcome to vegas Dr's. Love the show!
She’s a pretty girl, didn’t need implants, cmon ladies I’m flat chested heaps of guys love little ones too
I like it when they act like they can barely stand each other .❤
The most famous plastic surgeon has a frozen yogurt business in Vegas?????
Sabrina kind of reminds me of Katie Paulson, an investigative presenter from the U.S. They even have the same tone of voice!
Had a good laugh; the eating yogurt scene was great.
This girl seems really sweet. I hope this all worked out for her ❤
It would be easier to find a cure for vanity
Great job Dr. Dubrow! ❤
he said heather would kill him and then looks over his shoulder. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
2:12 OOOOOO GET HIM DR NASSIF
I would have been on a water diet. Ulcerative colitis sounds absolutely awful.
Please bring one of your frozen yogurt places here I love frozen yogurt and we don't have one here.
Strawberry Royale is my favorite! Every time we go to Vegas, we get one!
Quagmires LOVE CHILD! finally Nassif with the comebacks!
what about breast implant sickness,
she has immune system issues.
The Pope & Quagmire had a baby🤦♀️🤣
DR.Nassif, i think, has such a perfect nose. your nose doesn't have to be perfect but that is a perfect nose if ive ever seen one, even though he like 25 years older than me the nose makes it worth it lol
12:34 "lets give the girl some Ds"' that little "woo"! lol
I have IBS and dont know whats causing it yet, my dad has colitis, I hope that doesn't happen to me, it probably won't because im not losing alot of weight but she looks amazing!
@Sabrina Please dont walk alone .Its not safe anymore
These guys are freaking amazing !
One question why?
I am not sure about this
Girl, you are already gorgeous! What you need is more self-confidence. ❤
You're not necessarily born with bowel disease, the two main types are ulcerative colitis and crohns. I as diagnosed when I was 24, so yeah, not born with it. And yes, it mainly effects your digestive system, but also everything else. Which is fun
I love this two gentlemen you are God sent God bless you both
They did a amazing job they look great and proportioned to her body❤
Not quagmire I laughed
Great job
Losing 25-30 lbs for a slender woman is harsh. I’ve had a weight issue most of my life and I know that in the slender women’s clothing sizes there are very few pounds between sizes. So 30 lbs would have made none of her clothes fit her. There are way more pounds per size in the plus size women’s clothing.
OMG the amount of food !!!! LOL
I love the botched by nature ones!
they nicknamed her colitis chest😭😭😭
With all these people who want plastic surgery there is no way that I would do it. There is nothing that God gave me that I would be so desperate to have changed.
If it was a birth defect than it's different.
when he starts listing off what they have and the other guy just keeps saying he'll take one😭😂
I had a breast reduction and my doctor botched them.
why is Terry the only one we see doing surgery?
They came out so good 😍
Ha Ha Ha!!!! Loved this episode 😅
As you get older, heavy breasts sag and cause back pain. I wonder how many older women get their implants removed? Large breasts are a pain. I wish I could get mine reduced. Two of my friends have had breast reduction surgery - nine have had implants.
I got mine removed at age 50. I can breathe much deeper now.
I don’t have implants, but I do have a large, natural chest. They’re already sagging and I’m about to turn 24.
Do any drs consider keeping the ability to provide breast milk to babies?
Implants are typically placed under the muscle nowadays, while the breast tissue which produces milk is on top of the muscle. One doesn't interfere with the other.
Yall looked so cute on house call.
Имея такую проблему с предыдущими имплантами, решение о новых имплантах очень странное. Размер B великолепен.
Я думала только полностью здоровые люди, которые не знали проблем, идут на риски касательно здоровья, а оказывается нет.
This is random but all three of those girls are very pretty lol
So u mean this doctors always have never made an incorrect decision or are always successful surgeries...would like some negatives
Plastic surgeons make house calls in Vegas...yeah, that sounds about right....😂😂😂😂
"You could give her a set of Bs and she'd still be cute." Truth there. Some ladies actually look good with smaller sized breasts. It's not all about a larger size! I have large breasts, and they just get in the way. 🤷🏼♀️
Encouraging, we love being called "cute" 💩
My diet starts tmr!!! I’m dead 😵
Ohh she is glowing
She's a very pretty lady, this Sabrina woman!
“Eat me out of house and home.” That’s what my mom says whenever I come to visit. 😂
Dr. Dubrow is really handsome, Dr. Nassiff is giving daddy energy 😍 he's really good looking 😅
Facelifts, both of them.
🤣
@@brendasnow8255 oh yeah. Dr. Nassif said he's had work done. Including a nose job. But he's still got daddy vibes in my opinion. Lol I've always liked older men, which is funny that my hubby ( soon to be in 6 weeks) is 3 years younger than me. I didn't find out until I was in too deep lol
😅😂
Dr Dubrow needs his nose shortened.
You know what..... stop trying to get huge! It leads ro nothing but problems!!
Shes one of the first girls that choose health. Good decision
But then he did D cups in... Wtf, why a normal breast if you can do plasticdoll one
