Great list, Flamingoop! I agreed on a lot of things and disagreed on some. Also when you introduced the Cosmo’s den you compared it to the Cosmo’s treehouse and called it the original gigantic counterpart whereas Cosmo’s Den was released first. Looking forward to hinted speed decorations!

Ghrams Oberservitory, in my opinion, is a good number 1, but I feel like Greelys Hideout should be at least number 5. Pecks den is awesome, too. This was a pretty good list.
I love Graham's observatory it has nice open space a lot of rooms and its looks nice and cozy well sort of but it is REALY cool not to mention the elevator with tools it rocks 😎
