They did polar bears an injustice. Look at Classic Animal Jam polar bears, and then PW polar bears. The proportions looked so much better.

Ikr! I'm a goat player too. One time someone said to me that I shouldn't brag that I have a goat. They also said they don't people who play as out of store animals. Even though I was just minded my own business and wasn't even saying anything at all. Out of store animals really deserve more love.

I feel so far removed from Animal Jam that I only recognize like half of these animals. Though, I did play AJ Classic when I was younger, tbf. I did play PW briefly because I really liked the fennec fox, but it just didn't feel the same. :(
Also, the lemur is very cute, and I'm surprised people don't like it. (And horses are popular?? Feels weird to live in a world where that's the case)

ikr, i didnt play the moblie ver because the controls set me off, the way it turned just felt like it was skidding across the screen whenever you stopped, and the 3D just felt like too much. idk, i grew up on classic lol

Agreeeed! You can absolutely tell they have new artists for the newer models because the older ones have so much more design conceptualisation - same with items! U can immediately tell when an item/animal/pet has is a newer model because it has that disgusting unnecessary black shading in random places 😭

I've never seen gorilla until now, so when I first saw it I was like, "WHAT THE HECK IS THAT"
for some of these I think the classic versions were much better, like with the giraffe. It still wasn't great, but it looked idk cuter and less... wide? also I'm a little biased as I actually prefer the thinner or more sleek ones like the siamese cat

I hate when animal jam puts pre-set colors on animals, like how the painted wolf always has ivory markings, or the flamingo always has a purple beak and legs.

A lot of people view foxes as overrated, but they are definitely my favorite aside from snow leopards!
I love the thin yet fluffy physique of the fox, and how it’s proportions all match each other well.
As well as it being one of the original animals, it’s also the most used aside from arctic wolves, so I understand why people would view them as overrated.
I surly do hope that some animals come back though! It would be wonderful to create unique outfits on animals I don’t currently have!
The happiness i experienced when you said 10/10 for snow leopard was very extreme lol (I’m a snow leopard main and I collect the pets 😂)

I'm honestly not a big fan of the regular wolf. Compared to the arctic wolf, it looks really scrawny and nothing like a real gray wolf. (Just my opinion! :D)

its hard to choose which animal is my favorite, but i would have to say its the coyote, idk why, but its probably because a lot of the items i like to wear look really good on it. My least favorite is probably the ostrich, its head is weird, its head looks like a triangle and its just so weird to me- but thats just my opinion

its good nostalgia honestly, remember when i roleplayed as AU sanses and spent way too much money on memberships so i could keep roleplaying as Dream the Pee Yellow Coyote and Cross the Snowflakey Arctic Fox and thinking i was cool because i never removed the default all white eye-color of my snow leopard

I wish animal jam could make a chicken, and with the customization options can make the chicken have a crest to make it like a rooster, and turn it off to make it like a hen, pretty much my concept for ajpw updates, and the same customization method as cow (turn on/off horns & utters)

I'm gonna say the best design in ajpw (in my opinion) Is probably the arctic fox, it hasn't been re-released and I rarely see people playing as them now, a truly forgtten gem.

Im so glad you gave fox a 10/10, i’ve played since the game started (basically) where you had to pay REAL money for animals. The only animal at the time was a fox, so that’s the one i got. It grew on
one. I had meltdowns because i needed a listen e to own a fox 😭 I was also very sad once i found out foxes were GEMS, when i payed money for it.. Foxes will always be my favorite animal in aj, even thought i lost my account with the payed fox, it was my first animal on my new one and always will be my favorite! ❤❤

I love otter, its my main rn and the head glitch in the water where its like-just-you know but anyways I love eggs otter, I act just got fab 5 token, and at first, I didn't know whether to choose raccoon, coyote, or otter but I had rainbow raccoon and autumn coyote, and I chose otter. I absolutely have NO regrets, and this anime is GREAT! Also, I wish I had a lynx in pw bc I play that version more than classic, and since classic just gave us lynxes, I just want one in pw.
I only really play ajc but when I do play ajpw I love the Komodo Dragon more than any other animal haha but I do really like the German Shepard too!
I have loved the red panda animal before aj was created, and when I seen it in the game when classic introduced it for the first time, I begged my mom for vip
