    Hi guys , thanks for the informations you put out there , much appreciated ! , I was wondering if one of you knows about thumb base injury ( ucl ) , like skiers thumb or quervain syndrome ? theses injuries aggravate with squeezing motion which is super important in BJJ..
    I am battling an inflamed thumb ucl right now ( for about 2-3 months ) and since I keep trainning a little ( less then before and with bandages to stabilize ) with thumb ucl specific exercises I found on the web , I can't seem to see the end of it since I also work with my hand all day on the computer.
    Would love to hear your bjj practicionners take on this injury , much appreciated , cheers !!
