Wow!!!! This was POWERFUL, I meeded to hear this again and completely agree. Ive never invested in my life and finally jumped in in August. Ive made 43,000USD. It may not seem like a lot but to me it is life changing. I got out of my comfort zone, of what everyone has told me is the way to live by buying a house, a car and putting money in the bank. Ive tried explaining this to my Mexican parents and they say "no, it's not certain. I can lose it all, a house in Los Angeles is more secure." Its this mentality that keeps us poor. Amen to that! As a guy from Valuetainment said: "This is the easiest time to become a milionaire. It's almost criminal not to become one.". This is why I am all into Tesla. Will I be a milionaire nOrMaLlY? With my 10k on hands a year? Half of which goes for rent, food and etc? No. No I won't. Tesla stock is my key to about 50-100k (its something). Then I'll invest again. And again. And again. Dollar cost average style. Live with gf. We both want our own flat and kids and some point. I'm 30, started working since 6 years ago. At a point I realise money = happiness but I'm constantly living in a dreadful cycle, until covid hits and I decide is the BEST OPPORTUNITY for me to learn the things I couldn't & Quit my job. Now I am starting up my own company & doing ecomm. Lots of Hard-work and uncertainty but hey, I LOVE the Me now, not earning as much but I will be in future. Have the leap of faith and work hard to all!
Uncertainty is scary, that’s why i was stuck on the same job for 13 yrs. 3 BIG Uncertainty steps i took that changes my life. First, took a spiritual step in Buddhism at 30 yrs old. Second was getting into a new opportunity/career, starting all over. Third was doing what Ken taught, it motivates me to get back into Tesla and investing consistently. It changes how i see stock market was gambling, and “doing nothing” is the most meditative achievement. Another great video. I hope more viewers will be inspired by it. The cost of certainty (my last stable job) was living paycheque to paycheque for 15 years. Refinanced my house that was still under mortgage multiple times to payoff the debts. In 2015, I finally ‘gave myself a chance and believing in myself’ to start consulting. The uncertainty path got me out of my financial problems and gave me the opportunity to invest in TSLA when I discovered your channel in March last year. I’m still not a millionaire today but I can see my path to it. Thank you, Ken.

Tony Robbins changed my life as well. I’ve crewed and attended several UPW and DWD Tony Robbins events. Pushing me to leave a government aerospace engineering job to find fulfillment. One of the biggest game changers for me was realizing how quickly we can change our “state.” Most people who are feeling down and depressed, don’t realize they are literally a song, dance, and different focus away from feeling better. You can go from depressed to happy in 30 secs. It’s crazy. Such a beneficial tool....Controlling your state as you go through life is a game changer. Thanks CGS 🙏🏼❤️
Agree with most of this video. And he's right, from that list I value certainty the most! But my approach to getting that certainty is different than the video assumes - which is gov job, house, etc. My approach is to invest as much as possible from my (admittedly) high paying and stressful job for the next 5 years. Have a rental property and rent my downtown condo (with no intention to buy another property any time soon). Went from $45k to $170k in the last 10 months, hopefully I can keep this train rolling!

It's convincing the risk adverse to take a risk. Schools don't promote risk taking, families don't promote risk taking and society in general is risk adverse. Therefore, people have to see beyond the "norm'' and free their minds from safety as nothing is safe!

There is a saying I learned from my mentor back when I was doing insurance and it was "in order to be successful you have to be ok to get unfomfortable" something I have lived with in my decisions since then. I built and insurance agency for 10 years, when it no longer worked for me I sold it to do something completely different, used the money to buy a house and the new job worked out to be the best thing I could have ever done for myself and my family. Great video on this topic! I see alot of people just continue their lives the same sad way for years and years because of the certainty bubble they are living in.

It's convincing the risk adverse to take a risk. Schools don't promote risk taking, families don't promote risk taking and society in general is risk adverse. Therefore, people have to see beyond the "norm'' and free their minds from safety as nothing is safe!

There is a saying I learned from my mentor back when I was doing insurance and it was "in order to be successful you have to be ok to get unfomfortable" something I have lived with in my decisions since then. I built and insurance agency for 10 years, when it no longer worked for me I sold it to do something completely different, used the money to buy a house and the new job worked out to be the best thing I could have ever done for myself and my family. Great video on this topic! I see alot of people just continue their lives the same sad way for years and years because of the certainty bubble they are living in.
