My son is a micro preemie born at 25 weeks and he’s been in the NICU for a little over 3 months. Although I don’t speak Hebrew I found the lyrics in English and I love this song and learned it so I can sing it to my son.

Update: My son spent a total of 137 days in the NICU and came home with oxygen and feeding tube, thankfully couple of months after he did no longer needed them. He is 20 months now, and thriving 😊. G-d has been blessing us with his health 🙏🏻

يَا قَوْمِ لَكُمُ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ ظَاهِرِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَمَن يَنصُرُنَا مِن بَأْسِ اللَّهِ إِنْ جَاءنَا قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ مَا أُرِيكُمْ إِلَّا مَا أَرَى وَمَا أَهْدِيكُمْ إِلَّا سَبِيلَ الرَّشَادِ
"O my People! Yours is the dominion this day: Ye have the upper hand in the land: but who will help us from the Punishment of Allah, should it befall us?" Pharaoh said: "I but point out to you that which I see (myself); Nor do I guide you but to the Path of Right!"
وَقَالَ الَّذِي آمَنَ يَا قَوْمِ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُم مِّثْلَ يَوْمِ الْأَحْزَابِ
Then said the man who believed: "O my people! Truly I do fear for you something like the Day (of disaster) of the Confederates (in sin)!-
مِثْلَ دَأْبِ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَعَادٍ وَثَمُودَ وَالَّذِينَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ وَمَا اللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلْماً لِّلْعِبَادِ
"Something like the fate of the People of Noah, the 'Ad, and the Thamud, and those who came after them: but Allah never wishes injustice to his Servants.

"A Day when ye shall turn your backs and flee: No defender shall ye have from Allah: Any whom Allah leaves to stray, there is none to guide...

For a start I'd like to state this is one of the most exquisite songs I've ever heard, I've listened to it literally hundreds of times as i cannot seem to hear it enough...
Alas, I hope you don't mind my commenting that the Pasuk you state comes from Shmuel Perek Aleph is a little "Mat'eh et harabim" as ONLY the first part of the song is from Shmuel, the line, "Va'emshoch L'Hithpalel"- + the sentence "Ani Ha'Ima" - Beautiful as it is, and poingnant as it is, is NOT actually from Shmuel, I don't think it's from the Tanach... Please correct me if I am wrong.
Anyway, it doesn't dertract from the beauty of the song or from how soul elevating it is, I shall keep listening to it B"H, and keep enjoying it, it's just the sorce of the Pasuk is not entirely accurate...
