Mount Abang

Mount Abang is an overlooked gem nestled beside the iconic Mount Batur in Bali. Rising 2,152 meters above sea level, it's a tranquil alternative for hikers seeking solitude and panoramic vistas of Lake Batur. My attempt to see the sunrise failed big time in this attempt though.

the weather was very bad but the lake looked beautiful with the mist above it. Next time, you climb again when the weather is good ya. 😊

I did check the weather but assumed that the peak of the mountain will rise above it. Got my calculations wrong there 😓

In a way thats true. But since I’m not that scared of darkness it was enjoyable for me. I guess this differs for different people. Thanks a lot for the comment. Appreciate it a lot 😊🙏
