Hi Mr. Collier, it all depends on the Allstate Agency Owner as they are independent contractors and they make those decisions. Most agency owners pay between $8-15/hour (depending on experience) plus commissions.
The one dude cracked me up when he said that it was a great experience because "They train you for 2 weeks ,I believe. " Well , if you had actually taken the course or whatever ...wouldn't you KNOW that it was for 2 weeks?

Every agent is different. In my area, they pay well and offer additional commission-based bonuses.
Pay rate is also determined based upon experience.
