    I read the comment maybe this is a old video paying someone $8.50 an hour is not a living wage in my opinion Allstate find out why the good hands are four

      Every agent is different. In my area, they pay well and offer additional commission-based bonuses.
      Pay rate is also determined based upon experience.

      Hi Mr. Collier, it all depends on the Allstate Agency Owner as they are independent contractors and they make those decisions. Most agency owners pay between $8-15/hour (depending on experience) plus commissions.

    The one dude cracked me up when he said that it was a great experience because "They train you for 2 weeks ,I believe. " Well , if you had actually taken the course or whatever ...wouldn't you KNOW that it was for 2 weeks?
