(Marked by that same era that the architectural ideas came from or became popular during, dumb-dumb). Why don't you take a class in common sense and communication while you're at it, so you don't have to walk through life as an idiot?
Lets frame it this way: You can actually be quite happy and cozy in a home thats only practical, but you won't be that happy in a home thats only beautiful. The second will just annoy you over and over. While the other may be ugly on the outisde, but will give you most things you want from a home while its still possible to make the inside very nice. And you live mostly inside of your house, not the outside. But yea, a good home includes both. Still tho: Practical > Beautiful

Modernist movement as in Post Modern F.L. Wright?. The Craftsman's are also known as "Bungalow Houses" which I guess is a dated term now? A-Frame style houses were popular in the 60s and 70s- with an A-frame shaped group of windows that stretched from about 2-3 feet from the floor to the ceiling of a room (Living Room) usually in an A-Frame pattern. Revival Spanish colonials came back in style it seems in the 1980s at least in Western US states. I'v learned a lot over the last few years. Queen Anne's came out in early 1800s while Queen Victorians came out later. Though Victorians are more ornate the Queen Anne "Painted Ladies" were much larger but narrow. They seem to borrow the same designed as Brownstones?
I didn't know what a "Split level" meant until we went house hunting and realized it just means when you enter the doorway of the house, stairs goes up to the second floor and stairs go down to the first floor. Which it's only existence in modern version is for aesthetics it seems. and to have a raised porch while I think the originals were just cellar floor and first floor from older buildings.
I hate modern homes and love the victorian exterior designs. Modern homes are plain empty and UGLY there is no coziness it’s just bad I don’t know how some people love it! Modern designs in my opinion suits companies not homes!!

I like all the architectural designs except the modern one. Minimalistic feels like an IKEA or a Google building, the others feel like a home.
