Made this tonight , a total hit with husband and children! I just had 1/2 hour before dinner time and it was ready. I cooked the pasta separately and added to the sauce. It was still delicious. Thank you!
Made this tonight, and my picky teenager, who likes almost NOTHING I make, gave it 8 out of 10!!! That's almost the most positive thing I ever heard!! Was a huge sucess! Thanks! Loving the new book too!
i have tried a few of your recipes and they were excellent. you have a natural gift for cooking not just with ingredients but with your taste, which is the most important thing ... my mom was from Italy, and you have that same talent about cooking as she did ...
We had this for dinner last night, and it was honestly one of the best things I've EVER eaten! It's fair to say we cook one of your recipes at least 3 days out of the 7 and they're always a massive hit. We especially love the Korma and your sticky sesame chicken! Your recipes are easy to follow, take a small amount of effort and the end results are 10/10. We have a 5-month-old and knowing we can knock up something delicious in less than half an hour and it be delicious is just so handy - especially as it means we can still sit down together at the end of the day and eat dinner! Your book sits pride of place in our kitchen and we look forward to Sundays (meal plan day) so we can discover something new to try - I'm going to give your beef short ribs a bash next and I can't wait. I've ordered a few more copies of your book to give as gifts for Christmas because they're just too good not to share! Thanks so much for sharing your recipes with us!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would make a nice substitute for the chorizo, if I were to make this for vegetarian guests. I don't want to just leave it out and not find something with a similar bite and flavour to replace it.
Morning Nicki, this looks absolutely scrumptious!! There is just something special about comfort food. This one pan/pot dish makes it so much easier and helps with the cleaning up afterwards. Another winner. So comforting and tasty 👏👏. Was lucky to buy your book during the promotion but it’s still not delivered to my local store due to long standing logistic issues. It’s ok I always knew it would be for Christmas 😁. Still my advice is: buy ‘All about diners’ directly from a bookstore .
The stars accidently lined up and we had all but the cream in the kitchen. It was a hit with the family, although we also added some Sunday Chicken leftovers and it worked wonderfully.

I’ve a dairy free child…now teen…you can leave it out all together or substitute it with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, and or toasted pine nuts or flaked almonds, a bit of grated cooked chicken breast or grated tofu…

I like Chorizo when it's properly pronounced. 😉 "Chor-ee-tho".
It’s amazing how you put the chunky onion in the pan, then in the next shot it’s Finley diced. What happened there then Camera trickery!
Those "chunks" are actually multiple rings of the onion that are stuck together. They fall apart as they are stirred. No trickery.
I never know if I’m meant to try peel the chorizo skin ? Should I? (chorizo from Lidl in the UK)
