I consider Peppermill a romantic spot because of the booth style, it seems romantic plus the picture they take of you. I love that no matter what I look like my husband insists on buying the picture. (Sometimes it's been a long day and I'm tired from all of the walking and don't look so fresh). That feels romantic to me.

Havana Grill is also a great date place and you can stay for dancing after. They used to have live music but I'm not sure now with the pandemic. If their mojitos don't get her in the mood I don't know what else will.

Hi Norma. Based upon your recommendation, I took my bride (of 36 years) to Cleaver yesterday evening. We sat at the bar and had the steak tartare, squid ink pasta, mussels, and peppercorn-crusted filet mignon. They also sent us an order of delicious sugared doughnuts for dessert. The happy hour drinks were an amazing bargain and all of the dishes were fantastic. We REALLY loved the sauce that came with the mussels. Thank you so much for the recommendation...we plan to become regulars! 😉
Great suggestion spots. My last date was a bit more of a blind date; The Eureka Casino over on East Sahara 7 years ago. We had 7-7 drinks and played Lucky 7 slots. I believe it was exxxactly 7/7 because I got lucky.... 😁🥃

A few years ago, Palace Station ? where OJ was arrested, was recommended. I had filet and king crab legs. The best food, service , atmosphere and price in Vegas.
Ms. Norma, you do such a great job of highlighting places off the strip. As you know, so many people come to Vegas and never leave the Strip. Do not get me wrong, The strip is what the world expects Vegas to be. It is excellent for entertaining and large conferences and vacation and entertainment. Not so great for a Romantic get-a-way. As you have shown on more than this occasion, you do not have to bust your budget to have a memorable evening including world class dining.
Believe me i love the strip. and there a bunch of romantic restaurants but very expensive. and even after you leave them, you have to walk thru the crowds and noisy casinos
