DAY 9 Is it finished yet?

DAY 9 No new nesting material was delivered today at all. Do they think they are finished? There isn’t a lot of nesting material in the box.
He spent 90 minutes popping in and out of the box and rearranging the nesting material in the morning, but didn’t add anything to the nest. She was no-where to be seen, I was worried she had found someone else.
Then she eventually arrived and only stayed about 5 minutes and did some organising of the nest. He comes back for an extended period and does more arranging. Is it over? Have they done their separate ways?
In summary - no nest building progress.
