I'm completely new to urban sketching and this was such a brilliant explanation of something I have been intimidated by (and which has put me off urban sketching despite wanting to do it!!). Thank you so much! Also, loved the Borrower's ref! It made me laugh, it will now be known as "Borrower's Perspective" to me!
As a painter and photographer, I use a tilt shift lens to eliminate or reduce the worms eye view effect. So I like to have my third vp either way high up off the page or nonexistent of the object isn't too tall.

And i choosed a photo a have of the same house at 4:08 🤭If i hed seen this video before it might had been easier 🤭 thank you.
An excellent video which shows simple tips to follow to improve this aspect of painting and drawing. I remember getting some badly wrong, they looked like something from the film Inception! It just needs a little bit of planning, a thumbnail sketch first for example, to start the process of good composition and correct perspective.
Your descriptive style is SO good! I love watching your videos. The accent is also helpful. Might sound weird - but it helps me focus on what you are saying. haha I have saved this as a reference. Just a wonderful and succinct tutorial. Thank you very much!!
