I am not able to get those chieftiens on turn one is there any reason why?

Going from memory, I believe Chieftains came with the Shadow and the Blade DLC.

The chieftains were a free dlc for warhammer 2 that’s what I needed to download the fdlc not tww2 for the chieftains to be available
