so after learning with the foamies as recommended, i tried the included foot holders and i hated them i can say im sticking to the foamies having the freedom of being able to bailout forward or backwards is priceless for me. I actually almost fell with the included footholders when i have not ever been even close with the foamies. foamies rock!!
nice! the foamies are great for chill runs. Once you get more acclimated to the board, you're gonna love the foot holds. You can easily bail out of them if you practice a few times. I've seen riders bail on rails and backflips - so it definitely can be done! but you have to get a bit more experience for sure
