At the 2011 Disney Legends ceremony, held at the D23 Expo, Paige O'Hara (voice of Belle), Lea Salonga (voice of Mulan), Anika Noni Rose (voice of Tiana) and Jodi Benson (voice of Ariel) sang together after accepting their awards.
Man. I wonder what it feels like to live as an original Disney princess.

Anika slayed the everything out of "Almost There" and now this song. "Princess and the Frog" is so underrated and I wish that it got as much attention as the other Disney Princess movies. Tiana is one of my favorite princesses and she voiced her very well.
I thought that too until i went to disney world a few months ago and saw tiana like everywhere lol you don't see her as much at disneyland

Shannon Witt Tiana was good she had strong notes and Jodi had a very high voice but she was delivering. Paige was having the time of her life.
All of these 4 lovely ladies are magnificent singers and they perform that song admirably. The original Cinderella, the late great Ilene Woods, would be very proud.

I love Anika and she is the better singer but I feel as though if you had Alicia keys or Beyonce play Tiana it would of drew in and larger audience but either way still Anika was amazing :).
gammin5 I wouldn't say her voice is better than Beyonce exactly. But I am glad that Anika got the part. If Tiana had been Beyonce, it would have been a completely different movie.

Jodi's voice is amazing, Ariel always was and always will be my favorite. I'm 21, I like all Disney princesses and I freak out whenever there's a new one ( Merida, Tangled, Frozen) , but there's noting like the old ones ( Ariel, Belle, Mulan, Jasmine, Pocahontas) the storylines are much more beautiful in my opinion, now there's too much focus on making a lot of funny scenes and the princes are kinda disappearing lol.
Also can we talk about how Lea's voice hasn't "aged" or changed one bit

I had the best childhood because of these people. They should do this again with the other Disney Princess voices! From Jodi Benson to Idina Menzel, even the speaking voices of Jasmine, Mulan, Pocahontas and Merida (Linda Larkin, Ming -Na, Irene Bedard, Kelly Macdonald)... EVERYONE! Just seeing them completely altogether in one stage can be the best Disney performance ever.

I think no one can find a fault with Anika's and Lea's voices. I think, though, Disney made the right choice with finding a new voice for Belle (Paige O'Hara). Her voice has changed over time, and while it is still amazing, it is a bit more nasal than it was before and she no longer sings like the Belle we all have known.
All were amazing! Lea is amazing tho!!! Go Jasmine/Mulan!!!
On behalf of my grandnieces, I want to thank these talented women for the joy they have given them. They watch the movies and sing all the songs together. The composers, lyricists, singers, and animators have provided countless moments of shared pleasure and magic that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Thanks to all.

Ok, after reading some comments about who's better. Well, this is my point of view..
Belle, Mulan&Jasmin, Tiana, Ariel (From left to right) are great singers. But come to think of it, they were younger when they sang their parts as disney Princesses and this video was last 2011, as you got older your voice tone will have changes.
So i concluded that Lea Salonga (Mulan&jasmin)was the best one, because even that Mulan was produce at 1998 her voice was still the same as the original one and she was only 25 yrs old at that time and now she was 40 something. while Anika Rose (Tiana), on the other hand, was last 2009 ago, so what would you expect? And i think she's the youngest among them.
Anyways, all of them were awesome! They complete my Childhood days. ☺☺☺

Well, as far as the four of them go, I feel like Tiana, Ariel and Jasmine are on equal footing in terms of being a Disney princess caliber, not to mention Ariel and Jasmine can still sing just like their characters after all these years. Belle on the other hand... well, just watch her solo performance and you'll see exactly who screwed up the harmony in this performance.
I was wondering why this sounded so bad when all of them were singing, but at the time I thought all four were amazing... turns out only three of them actually are. Watching this again, I can clearly hear Belle struggling in her solo lines (she pretty much missed every note)...
