"Home at Last" written by Ron Hamilton Ron went home to be with His Lord April 19, 2023. He fought a decade long battle with dementia, but now he is made new.
What a joy to have grown up listening to patch the pirate. I believe Ron Hamilton’s music will forever remain a place among our sacred hymns until the Lord returns.
Our choir sang this Sunday morning after Bro. Hamilton went home. The Hamiltons may never know the impact both musically and spiritually they have had on our little church in Michigan.
I want to go home now, in a place where there is an everlasting joy, perfect rest and no sin anymore. I want to go home now, where we can see our love ones. I want to go home now, to see my Savior Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

Mr. Hamilton aka: Patch the Pirate helped shape my childhood, and deepen my love for Jesus. I would listen to the Patch adventures for hours and play my favorite songs on repeat. He's the reason I love orchestra music today. It was such an honor to have the opportunity to meet him in 2016 and he even signed my Bible. He will be missed immensely, but we all have the hope that we will see him again someday.
I thank God for the privilege of having met Bro Ron a few times. He always came to greet our children at Majesty Music store. He was always joyful and engaging towards children. He had a wicked humor too! 😅 Thank you to the Hamiltons for all the years of faithful ministry in writing and producing good sacred music for millions like us all over the world to use in our corporate and private worship! May God’s word and hope comfort the family with the sure promise of meeting again in Glory land !! ~ with love from Singapore

So blessed to have been touched by This man's ministry. I can only imagine the joy he felt when he saw Christ face to face! My heart goes out, and my prayers go up for those left to grieve for and miss his presence, knowing you are comforted by the same Lord he is now present with. I think of Řon being with Jonathon and his other family that are there. What a joyful reunion it must be. And probably meeting souls that he led to Jesus as well. He was a good and faithful servant. We were so blessed to attend the memorial service this morning. It was beautiful and honored Mr. Hamilton and God for the work He did in his life. Thank you to the rest of the Hamilton family for being such beautiful examples of faith and trust in God. We're praying for you!

I was born again when I was in the Navy in 1997, during my tour being forward employed in Gaeta Italy, we were out the sea, where I trusted Christ as my savior. I shortly there after joined Bible Baptist Church, located in Italy at that time. That’s when I first heard of Patch the Pirate, and Ron Hamilton. What a blessing he has been to me and my family. In 2001 I met my wife, and married her shortly there after. We were raised our children through Patch the Pirate, and we have been blessed as we were able to use this blessed ministry. Blessed be our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and may God richly bless you and your family, as you continue to serve him.
Beautiful Song....in memory of a beautiful Man.....God used Ron in such a special way.....our church in Maryland used his music and plays and my son played in 2 or 3 of the Patch Plays. What a gifted man who was used by God due to a missing eye. We never know what God has for us. Lord be with the entire Hamilton family at this time.

I grew up listening to Patch the Pirate. My parents bought me all of the music set. I loved it as a kid, I still love it now. Thank you for your music, Patch. I know I will meet you one day in glory.
He is in the arms of Jesus with his dad, son, and other loved ones. He’s singing in that heavenely choir absolutely whole and perfect with his loved ones and my grandpa and other loved ones. Ron is singing for, praising,and thanking his SAVIOR. He is singing and doing Patch the Pirate musicals perfectly for all of the precious little children in Heaven. My grandpa, grandma, great grandparents,Little shelley and Chalee. I know how much it hurts and how much we will miss brother Ron, my precious brothers and sisters in Christ, My grandpa went Home to be with Jesus on July 15,2015 after a long illness and I’m still not over it. I miss him so much and it hurts very much. I have peace that he’s in Heaven with Jesus and Shelly. Hang in there, my brothers and sisters, it won’t be long. We will be going HOME to be with Jesus and our born again loved ones very soon-sooner than we think. It won’t be long. WE HAVE HOPE!!!!! that we are very close to the end and the Blessed Hope. I hope this eases your hurt and pain.My faith in being very close to the Blessed Hope eases the grief,hurt and pain from my grandpa’s death.

I worked at the assisted living home Patch was at and I loved every second of getting to care for him. I know he was overwhelmed with joy to finally be free from his earthly body! I’ve since introduced my daughter to Patch the pirate videos and she loves them! Thank you all for what you’ve done and continue to do to share to love of Christ!
