To all those who are watching and lost in the middle, don't worry. I can definitely say that if you are from a non-math background like me, you need to watch this multiple times. Along with watching, you need to write and refer to your own equations as well. I really appreciate Sebastian in showing everything (Network, Partial derivatives, other equations in such a small space). Don't worry even if you don't understand in the first attempt. This video is worth better than many other videos that use just the APIs to teach the concepts of NN. Highly recommended channel for a deep core understanding of deep learning. Thank you Sebastian.
Thanks, Chiranjeevi! You are right, this video can probably not really be grasped with the first attempt or by just watching it casually. So, I would advise everyone to really make sure to have a firm understanding of the concepts discussed in the previous videos (cost function, gradient descent, chain rule etc.). Individually, they are pretty easy to understand. And then, the backpropagation algorithm is actually pretty straightforward as well (even for people with a non-math background which, by the way, also applies to me 😉)
